papa johns has the best pizza. hands down! food: 5/5

ordered a cake and it says delivered on the papa John’s app. I tried to reorder and refuse to take my order

eating was great as it was expected by papa johns franchise standards. However, if you live over the toll bridge, just go get the daring pizza. the truck told me that it was more than $15. in no world is the toll of 15 dollars when they drive back and forth. with ezpass adds the toll on both due to up to $4.58 without ezpass the toll added up to $9.50 I had pay tip $5 on my card and contain an additional $10 dollar. not only was the driver of papa johns dissatisfied with this mission, he told me it was not enough to cover the toll. I told him the price he looks and he didn't believe me. call me a fool, but I've paid to end over $40 for a meal worth only $15. they save themselves the debt and the grieving, they simply drive the 6 minutes to papa John’s and save them the delivery fee on the great amount of tip that the driver will pull out of them.

Guy asked me why i had no tip and i usually leave 20% but i couldn’t this time and I saw he had 6 and i didn’t care so I just said alright here can I just have 6 and you can have the tip and he hands me five puts his money back and then says okay thank you and i said can I have the dollar?? and he said I don’t have.. Really mad with the customer service especially since i live 5 mins away WALKING.

This Papa John's is connected to Another store which makes it convenient because you shop for lunch and Dinner, plus pick up a few items next door like drinks and snacks. They are very nice people there. Your order is done pretty quick and its done right. I never had a problem when ordering from there. Its great Because its the only place in the neighborhood that you can buy something good to eat. It stands alone with no other competition along side it, which is a bummer because you have no selections. But thank GOD for Papa John's.

My last time ordering from them. I called to make an order for delivery and the guy charged me $21 for cheese sticks when the real price was $7.99. He had the nerve to get annoyed with me when i asked for a breakdown of the price and had to speak to someone else for them to finally understand he made a mistake in charging me for the wrong item. Delivery guy got annoyed at the door and asked for a bigger tip. Customer service overall is trash.
