Chicken fingers were cold. The sauces ranch and honey mustard had enough sauce for a chicken bite. It looks like the burgers are the only thing warm. Check your order before leaving
The customer service at Drive thru was okay. Lady doesn't seem like she wanted to give us the free frits when we ordered milkshakes. The Shakes were good. Fries was cold. But you'll get what you appreciate for me. And we didn't pay for it. Hahahaha
I love it. Just down the street from me. Love them shakes. And most of all love them garlic burgers.
I 've found the Citrus Park Steak 'n Shake to be an excellent burger place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though the dining room is closed right now, the drive-through moves quickly, and inside pickup is also available. One day I was picking up burgers from multiple burger locations, and the S S burgers looked better, and were cooked to order, rather than waiting in a warming box like the other restaurants. They 're not $15 gourmet burgers, but for a quick, satisfying meal, they 're wonderful.
Only dine in restaurants get 5 star ratings in my opinion. Only because the quality and selection is usually better. With that said, I highly recommend this location. Great service and great comfort food! Keep up the good job! Will definitely be back
Our server Whitney was trying to do everything, that could be why it took 10 min to get our drinks and almost 30 min to get our food. The burgers were fresh but the fries were cold. Whitney remade fresh fries herself because as you can see in the photo, the manager and cook were playing games on their phones. The manager was also cursing so loudly about a drive-thru, I asked our server to advise her manger there were children that could hear her. Dirty tables, cold food and staff playing games on the clock.
