I live in Lancaster California and my family lives in Exeter! We went and had lunch at Alejandra's Mexican restaurant. I ordered the chickens. I love Mexican cuisine and believe me when I tell you that these were the best Fajitas I've ever had and Fajitas are the only thing I can do in Mexican restaurants! My mother and aunt both had the seafood salad they disappeared and loved. My dad had a huge burrito that was probably big enough to feed two people. And my cousin had fish tacos everything was delicious. Our waitress was a very sweet lady and her customer service skills are on point I give this place five stars and I definitely recommend it and I will definitely be back. After a long day softball, we stopped here for dinner. They definitely did not disappoint. Delicious food, plenty of options and service was top notch. We will be coming back.
I got the taco, beans, and rice. The rice was tender and tasty, the beans had ample cheese on them and they were yummy. My taco was very crispy and garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. It was crisp and delicious.
