Applebee's Grill

I'm here from binghamton. this place is dirty not clean them the floor we have dirty plate not happy costumers. I will contact the headquarters and give them more information. If I wasn't hungry, I would have gone somewhere. I forgot I had some of kansas with us. you should be ashamed to have such a place

I have the ringel disc for a total of $17.89. what a sweat. Maybe also gone and got a frozen box of rib-I-ques. full-blown. I thought I would give applebees a last attempt after several disappointing meals, but this is the last

I have a star because you can't do no. had the worst experience in the cortland applebee today. at 11:30 a.m. for lunch. I started getting our appetizer. the plates and 3 of the 4 were extremely dirty and coated in old foods. at the time we gave them back and when we got other tellers, our lunch was there. Who wants to eat their appetizer with their main meal? the table was overloaded and extremely annoying. our server has not refilled, desserts or even checked for us until the check has passed. my friend had paper on his wings, and eating was all hot. we will not return! $75 wasted on subpar eating and terrible service.

Great place to come with friends. Nice and informal atmosphere which gives the great feeling of being around people', variety of dishes, mainly meat but I also found delicious vegetarian salad! Great place for lunch and evening catch up with friends!

Dear Applebees in Cortland..Thank you so much for making my dining experiance so wonderful..(this is sarcasm).who doesnt love getting the appetizer with their entree and having their entree being luke warm..no I didnt complain to them because its pointless and they would just think we were trying to get a free meal( although we did have a gift card) For sixty dollars you would think...I really also didnt want to hear excuses as why our server was having s bad day or why the cook did..As rare as it is for people to go out to eat now adays.. I guess I expected too much..to be at least a certain level of consistancy in food and service..or maybe that the new norm is to be less and for the CUSTOMER to be grateful.. You cant fix it by giving a differant server or free food. The dissapointment cant be fixed when it starts 10 mins after you walk in..I will choose to spend our hard earned funds somewhere else..we didnt order it to go we chose to eat in..so we should have had a chance to at least enjoy more than two, yes two bites of our appetizer...

The food was good and service was great. Always a fun time when I go.

Not a great experience third attempt at a good one, there was a string in my burger, the menu situation is still a little odd, however other than the string the food was good.
