Arby's

The food was warm. Potato cakes were limes that show that they were boiled before they were ordered and left under a heat lamp. Taste suggested that the oil had to be changed.

I sat in a long drive thru line for a long time and when I went to pay, I asked for extra sauce, because he had put only 2 packs in his pocket. He rolled his eyes and gave me two more packs. Then I'll come home and have sandwiches and pommes. When I called there, the lady did not apologize or has just said any concerns, come for the next time and I will give you additional pommes. But you don't give me anything because I paid for them and hanged them! That's why I'm giving them a star!

Customer service has been downhill since my last time. If I were a secret buyer, everything would have failed. No greeting to the window. The bad thing and me when she gave me my order. No. Need any condiments or something! No thanks for coming back! I had to honken my horn and ask for spices. Show me, turn around and slams the window. Chick fil a will end up owning Griffin if the service does not pick up. I'm just saying.

I love Arby's..eat it every chance I get.. but these last two visits, I think I need to start spending my money elsewhere for a while.. I ordered sweet potato fries..but they are cooked so hard it's more like sweet potato chips.. only reason, I gave two stars was because the sandwich although cold was good as always..Do Better Arby's

I came with a basketball team with about 30 to 40 people 30 minutes before they closed. We called ahead and they were willing to serve us. The service was good and so was the food

Newly remodel looks really good..place is clean the staff is friendly Food is made better definitely a good improvement.
