I prefer the arby where I live. this arby was hard to find and difficult to reach. the order was wrong and it wasn't worth going back to the drive thru to get a replacement sandwich. they can be a good option if they are local and have time to work with them, but on a trip find something closer to the autobahn entrance and exit.

I misunderstood my command. who really asks for extra mayo? the sandwich of my wife was unusable.
love the crispy buffalo chicken sandwich with extra salate, extra ranch. their jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, and especially the white cheddar mac cheese are excellent. the service here is particularly good to late, enough of an improvement that I leave a review only now after I have been in the opposite for years.
Extremely tasty, sophisticated chicken sandwich. Tasty, but chickens covered about half of the bungalow.
Good service. We had to ask for the sauce again. Glad we checked the bag. The rest of the order was correct. They even threw in napkins w/o us asking... Most places now don't.
ordered a beef and cheese. that stuff they call cheese is not cheese. I don't know what it was, but it does not belong on any sandwich.
That was awful. The guy at the register had his nose hanging out of his mask (that's doing you a lot of good, buddy), the person behind the counter had their mask pulled down below their chin (yep..making out food), and two other males working were loudly complaining about the customers both inside ordering and in the drive through. They forgot part of our order and obviously hate their lives. The only positive thing I can say is that as we are traveling to visit family today, they DO allow you to come inside to order carry out which allows you to use the restroom.
2 days in a row, we ordered and paid, yet a whole dinner was missing. Great thanks for that, I guess I didn't need Spoke with the manager this morning and she was very apologetic and replaced my meal
