management please rebuild new employees or bring a manager who holds them responsible. I live in the opposite and I have observed how the people they have in the evening go from zaxbys to zakkong and now go to here and everywhere where they go, I refuse to eat. they cannot get order right and respect the worst customer service with zero and do not care about the time. They are the defense of the ghetto.

The actual food is good, only very clear when ordering. Drive through is on the slow side. Edit: Has been contacted by someone and we talked about it. Regarding Arby's restaurants in general this has good food, I was initially upset about the waiting period, but it was a unique circumstance. I appreciate Arbys and the speed they tried to solve this with me.

The 5 for 10 Brat sandwiches in the trip thru last night. After my husband and I drove away, I opened a sandwich and took a bite and spit it out quickly. The meat was very spoiled. I just threw in the car. So I opened the sandwiches to look at the meat and they all looked absolutely evil. Every sandwich had dried meat on them. It looked like the meat had left out all day. So I called the store thwat e just 5 minutes ago to let them know that I came back for a refund. Of course, the car-dru staff gave my husband no reception when he paid with his debt card. We returned the sandwiches. They apologized and said they would try to reimburse the 10.70 back to our debit card, but if it didn't come back the next day. It didn't work. The next day returned and the Mgr in service said if you had the reception, we could refund him immediately as if it were our fault. Then she said, give it a few days, it can appear, but if not come back. It's red! I still can't believe they gave us sandwiches that had dried up spoiled meat on them, then we have to work so hard to harden our money back.

Great food and experience. Britney working the drive thru is amazing. She deserves a raise. I am a regular, and she remembers exactly how I want my order.

Got the new prime rib sandwich they are advertising with roasted red bell peppers and onions... It was cold the peppers the meat there was no melty cheese as showed in the picture just some hard grated cheese thrown on the top. The bun was hard, and the frankly the sandwich was mostly just bread. The ladies working in there were nice enough. The way my husband put it there was no love put in to those sandwiches.
