The server , Saul, was not at all attentive after putting the food in front of us. Had to ask the other servers three times to get him for us. The food to so long . He was working inside the restaurant and the terrace. The truffle fries were oily and limp not crispy. The worst service and food since we have been going there. So very disappointed at the Waldorf brand! We spent over for the two of us at lunch and had bad experience
Celebrating our anniversary. Our server was awesome. Food was great and view was amazing. They gave us a free dessert for celebrating our anniversary which was really nice they did that. Overall, was a nice place to go. Everyone was very friendly and would recommend
