Terrible! Poor customer service, rude, and not welcoming. They will purposefully not answer the phone once they?ve received sufficient business at that time. Food is subpar and overpriced. Not worth it, don?t recommend.
I?m really upset the last few times that we?ve gotten food from here. It has been pretty good. It was definitely the best lo mein ever but this time everything we got absolutely sucked. There was no love into this food. I will not go back again.!! mind you on top of everything we spent $110
This place is good but the plexiglass cover they have on the counter and the microphone to order are both insane. People always have a hard time to understand and order. This is unnecessary and ridiculous. I have been coming here for years but I am not coming back until they stop doing this!
Had to order using GrubHub and get delivery. Can't just collect. Food came much quicker than we were initially advised. That's because we got entirely the wrong order. Delivery was contactless and advised by text so no way to complain. Phone line permanently engaged. The food we did get was pretty average.
Got the lunch special. General tso was good but covered in too much corn starch goo. Hot and sour soup and egg rolls ok. I'm not a fan of pork fried rice. My issue here is the counter experience. The order taker was not very friendly, or easy to talk with. There is a large plexiglass barrier as well, and that didn't help. Plexiglass was filthy as well. I know most of us are a bunch of demanding tourists, but i suggest they take it down and find someone who appreciates customers to work the counter.
Called ask for large boneless pork asked if it could be steam no sauce. He said yes got home not only was it fried heavy oil but looked and tasted refried. And more expensive then my regular place.This is not my.1st time with them but certainly my last . Gave them one star only to leave review but they should get nothing.
I called and asked for Boneless Spare Ribs with Pork Fried Rice. The man was rushing me and hung up after I asked for my total. When I arrive I get my food and it?s $15 and I said isn?t this in lunch special, he then said no. So I paid it. I got home and was only meat, I called back and he laughed at me saying ? you said bones spare rib? I said yes but I asked for pork fried rice two times. I will never go back! Extremely rude to laugh at a paying customer and bad customer service
