Barro's Pizza

back on the 6th juli for the famous barro 's Special....Fantastic! such a great pizza! can not wait to have it again! it is may, people. we had barro 's special pizza on 5/13/22. and it was as delicious as ever! look at the place! great service, friendly staff! always makes the day! we are back on 4/21/22, for our fav barro 's pizza special! delish! still great! loves the pizza! kayden, who helped us today. we eat in and he brought us our pizza incredibly fast. delicious! we all see each other in 2 weeks! the second picture shows our pizza on 2/19/22!

Barros has the best crust ever! And their ranch, for some, has its own cult following! The pizza was great as always and the service here was excellent as well.

Today at 10:56 am, I ordered a small pizza and a 2L for delivery. It said the delivery time was 60 minutes. After 65 minutes, I called and was told that they had a busy lunch rush and a driver was leaving with my order right then- 15 more minutes, max. After 45 minutes, still no food and called back. after being put on an immediate hold for 5 minutes, we asked for the manager. HOLD AGAIN! after several minutes again, the poor kid stuck with the phone came back to say the the manager is too busy to talk to you WOW WOW WOW. They said someone will call us back. Finally, after 2 HOURS, I was delivered an ice cold pizza. I was not offered a refund, I was not offered to come pick up the order. I ordered for a new hire that was attending training and had a very short window for lunch break, which obviously came and went without him eating. A phone number and even email address is on the order. there is absolutely no reason that one cannot update a customer when their order is taking longer than expected. Then to tell the customer that they are not important enough to have the matter handled? Nice job Barros.

Barros always hits the spot and is my number 1 pizza place in the east valley! Always freshly made and friendly staff when I do pickups! Love their wings (get them extra crispy, so good!

We love the pizza and order for delivery every couple months. Ordered by phone a couple times, got frustrated when we ordered thin crust and they delivered original. Started ordering by app, unlike a phone order you get an email with exactly what you ordered so there can't be any confusion over who said what on the phone. Today I'm not so happy since it appears our driver stored the pizzas sideways while driving here and as you can see in the photo the pizzas were pretty beat up. Fixed as best we could and it still tasted good. In the future I will ask to inspect the pizzas first rather than the usual routine they want which is sign the receipt with tip then they hand you the order and run.
