terrible experience and I work in customer service. here for the Mother's Day with my mother and my friend and we have a simple margarita pizza. the sauce was tasteless/watery, barely cheese, and actually tasted terrible. it also took at least one hour to get to our table. I don't think I would have said anything except that this was the second time that it was trying to get back there. (last time it was chicken parm that burned and soggy). there will be no third chance, I suppose, especially because they fought us that it was not terrible and they first made my friend pay the full price for this terrible thing before I came back and they returned us. Ordered delivery thru Slice (per restaurant site suggestion). 10 minutes past estimated delivery I called to follow up on where the delivery was, staff answered from customer service line and seemed knowledgeable that delivery was 7-9 minutes away while cutting me off the entire chat. 30 minutes past estimated delivery time (an hour and 15m after order time) we had to cancel via Slice because there was still no delivery made. Slice was great about canceling however Bella's tried to deliver 10 minutes after our cancellation (also leading me to believe they only rushed out to deliver because they got canceled on). Driver was nice enough and we told him it was canceled so he if had to take the pizza back it's understandable, which he did. Ultimately we don't know the quality, delivery for Bella's I would strongly not suggest though.

I ordered a cheese pizza, got no cheese just sauce, the delivery was almost 30 minutes late, it said would come at 9:09 ordered at 8:47 didn’t come until 9:35. Waited almost an hour for a pizza with no cheese.

Best chicken parm ever.

When I orders my pizza I asked for squares and dressing and they didn't do any of that and then I called for dressing and they came 2 hours later with the dressing
