Just to clear the air, I would never give this place 1 star on an average day. It forced me to give 1 star to absolutely slander this chain? From vanilla ice cream, from biscuits and cream, and from penicillin shots I needed in DESPERATE after having dealt with this TERRIBLE staff. I recommend this place to no one and a friend of mine had ziggerette ashes in his milkshake. Be safe out there. #cancelbenandjerrys

Loved our visit to Ben Jerry? We live in a small town and we can never find my son and husband?s favorite taste, Phish Food. They were happy to be offered here. Ice was excellent and the customer service was great. It was very busy and all employees worked hard to serve everyone. We will definitely return.
They were able to make me a fully made ice cream cake on short notice! And it is absolutely delicious!

Staff needs little more training of what to put is in each advertised item Maybe put on staff side of counter as well. Sure they were new hires for summer. Great cookies
It's usually packed and the couple of times I did get ice cream ? it started melting before I got to the vehicle downstairs. The shakes are not all that to me. My husband says I am too picky. He doesn't like it at all. Anyone working in the food industry should have to wear gloves and sanitize the equipment, area, and hands between customers. I have OCD from being in the Army and cleanliness is a big deal.
Perfectly placed by the elevators on the casino floor inside of the Hard Rock. TONS of options for ice cream and toppings. The employees were super sweet with positive attitudes. You can definitely see the smile through the mask on the kid who made the BANANA SPLIT OF MY DREAMS. Worth every penny.
Love Ben and Jerry?s ? They have a ton of options and it?s all delicious. My only negative about this shop is the location inside hard rock. It?s a hassle to park and get inside. I got a chocolate dipped cone with coffee and chocolate fudge brownie!!? It?s also expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.
