Update: Customer Service for Benny Co reached out to get my information so that it may be transferred to the Branch Manager at Benny's in Aylmer. The Branch Manager reached out to me, offered his apologies along with a 15$ gift card, if I provided him with my telephone number. Three weeks later, I never got a response from him acknowledging my information. I also got back in touch with the customer service representative from Benny's who initially contacted me and they aren't answering either. What a disastrous company. If I could give 0 stars, I would change my review to that.The quality of food has been declining over the past few months. I'm not sure if the staff isn't trained properly or if the company is telling them to be cheap with ingredients but it's absolutely disgusting to get a club sandwich, which is supposed to have bacon and there is none. If you do have some bacon, you'd better make sure it's cooked because the last batch of club sandwiches I received had large pieces of UNCOOKED bacon on it, which I find hard to understand because they're literally giving you microwaveable bacon. Is it that hard to press buttons on a machine nowadays? Not to mention the containers of sauce had opened up and spilled all over the inside of the boxes. I've given this place a few chances but now it is being blacklisted until further notice. Go literally anywhere else for food and it'll be better. The price does not reflect the quality of food you're getting whatsoever. Very disappointing.
