Big Sky Grub Shack

I have a boba from here and I can't even describe how completely disgusting it was. the boba beads should pop, but they were super teig. means they were not properly stored. at the price of it I can go to any local coffee shop and get a much better drink. the staff is not very friendly either. good waiting took way too long. would not come back here.

the carne asada burrito is a favorite of me. Today he went in and asked william to make me a spicy burrito and the man delivered exactly what I wanted. lily was attentive and cared for me!

house pressed burger, house made sauces and sides, tantalizing specialties, they get yum on the shack. enjoy their eating again!

The bacon burger is fantastic, the sourdough bread bowl with clam chowder is amazing, you can actually see the clams in it. The pastrami is killer, Mac and cheese is delicious, great fry sauce. Very friendly and do take care of you

Employees are young adults with a high level of politeness, customer service and attentiveness. Well beyond what I experience anywhere else, except at higher class establishments and even then the servers wear a fake smile and are short/rude on the phone. The grub shack employees never cut me off on the phone or act impatient. Burgers are great and service is quick. Their competitors here in town need to send their employees to the Shack to learn proper restaurant business etiquette.

I love the Grub Shack! The people and customer service is wonderful. I love eating here. They go out of their way and make a Veggie Burrito for me. It is huge and delicious. I mostly call in my order and pick it up. This is a great family oriented place to eat. The people who work there are fabulous. I recommend eating here!
