They didn't work well together, had the people lined up in the middle of the shop, asking people where their food was on waiting times, line not moving all the way to the university, my husband parked, went in, saw this and turned right out of the door and left. You weren't a team today.

I got the wrong food. I understand this everywhere, but listen to me: I ordered a steak, egg and cheese biscuits and received a disgusting monstrosity. I guess someone had ordered a specially made cookie and unfortunately he was put in my bag. Look, I lost my appetite, and I tortured it. It was Steak, Pimento cheese, honey and PICKLES on a cookie. Who in their right mind would order that? The checkout in the first window also looked at me through a slit in a row of closed blinds and said no word. I said, ?hi!? I have nothing but a hand enough to take my money. This place is significantly overrated.

The speed of service and the quality of the foods have really dropped off lately. This place was formerly hot and fresh, but now is moderate and best and the pommes were super old

Sat in the drive thru for 34 minutes. Girl didn't say thank you or anything just shut the window . Took so long there was a long line back out in the street and caused a big wreck. It's the slow service that caused it. Here are some pictures

I?ll give them 2 stars just cause the food was good but they?re soooo slow, it?s not even worth the wait. I just went there yesterday and arrived around 1:20pm and I did not leave the drive through until about 2:10pm. Keep in mind, they close at 2 so why exactly am I still sitting in a drive through after the place is closed. What could possibly take 40+ mins in there to cook when mostly everything is precooked and the cooking is automated. I used to work fast food so I know. And then they forgot my forks so I?m glad I checked this time before I drove off because this wasn?t the first time that happened. The time before that they were super slow too and forgot my utensils and I was in a rush to go to work so I had to eat with my HANDS ? in the midst of monkeypox going around. Come on now.

Due to my experience this morning, a review must be written. I ordered the #2 COMBO with orange juice and two strawberry muffins when I got to work; there was no sausage on my biscuit and no potato wedges. I called and asked to speak to the manager (Not Nicole) and explained that I was missing some food. She put the phone down and called the store manager (Nicole). While waiting, the manager said that I was lying about my food. I let Nicole know how unprofessional her manager was and how rude that was of her. Being a law enforcement officer, I have no reason to lie about ANY food. Thank you for your business while I was spending my money there, but I?ll no longer support Biscuitville!

If you?ve ever been here you know that the muffin case is on the counter right beside the cashier. Well my husband just ordered water and a muffin. Tell me why the cashier could not get him out a muffin? She looked to make sure there were muffins in the case, but then told my husband that he would be called when his order was ready?. Almost 10 minutes later?!? ? Hardly anyone in the restaurant ordering either.
