great eating and we had a very good server
eating is great! beautiful atmosphere, the hot rocks are a little fearless! but a funny night out.
our first visit at restaurant. aurora, our waitress was so helpful. she helped us through the courses. she showed us how we use our rock, our drinks kept full and was available for all suggestions. two couples and three of us have the steak. delicious. I also garble those who were great. the French wobbles soup was so good, the topper was the volkan brownie. it was fun and delicious! recommend the restaurant and aurora. great waitress!
The service and the environment were good! The truffle fries are the best! Been here several times
Arrived at 4 which was an hour earlier then our reservation. And was told if we came back in 20 minutes we would be able to be seated. Returned at 4:30 and was told we had to wait till our 5 reservation. Once we finally got seated we had Sarah L. as our server and she was amazing at her job. They had a valentines special running for $80 per couple. And she did an amazing job at making sure we always had our next course on time but not making us feel rushed. Food was very good. Definitely will be returning and recommending despite the miscommunication about the reservation
Very unique experience- volcano themed restaurant! They serve their meats on a volcanic rock slate and it cooks to your desire doneness right in front of you. All the food tasted really good and the bartender was very personable. The drinks were on the bitter side, despite getting the fruitiest drinks on the menu. This is a chain restaurant but is only available in a limited amount of states so it felt like an authentic experience. We will be back and will be sure to save room for dessert next time- they all sounded really good!
The concept is trendy and overall nice, clean restaurant. However, the night we were there they had a big party. Service took 2 hours. The cut of meat was good. I got a steak. I found the flaw in that if you like your steak cooked too medium then you better eat fast! No extra plates given. So you eat off the stone your cooking on. This means within minutes your steak is overcooked. Our bill was 145$ for a kids meal and 3 adults. The overall experience was not with the price.
