This is our favorite Thai place in Mansfield. Lunch specialities are great with a delicious spring roll. Favorite entrees are spicy fried rice, pad see ew, and crazy noodles. The only reason why it is 4 stars is because quality is not consistent. Must be a cook that's not that good. Also, beware, their spicy scale is a little hotter than most other Thai restaurants. I like a good medium, but this is a level 2 at Blue Mint. A 3 here is like a 4 in other Thai restaurants. Too hot for me. Service is fast and friendly.

The food is the best Thai food found my family in 3 cities around us. We routinely make the 35-minute one-way drive because they taste the best, have the best value, make reasonable, responsible precautions. The only thing I would change is that I wish it was noticed on the site that the kitchen closes 30-45 minutes before it close to lunch. It was disappointing to order when we planned to dive.
It wasn't remarkable from this world, but it wasn't a bad experience. Sa quickly, quickly served, and the staff was attentive. The appetizer was the best part, blue coin dumplings. The Lo mine and chicken Cashew were tasteless.
Honestly, it's been years since I last went to Blue Mint. The memories of the past made me try again when I was recently in Mansfield. BIG MISTAKE. This place is terrible. I hate saying that about a little business. The restaurant Service Level, food and interior are gone. The only good thing from the different dishes we ordered was fried rice and even that some shrimps were ice cold in the center. The pad Thai and pad see Eew were simply uneingable is a nice way to say it. The beef was emptied and the bean sprouts were heavily handed out. The dumplings were clear with peanuts as soon as they came out. The servers were nice, below average on total attention. I would recommend Sweet Rice from Broad Street for better service, clean environment and superior food as a whole.
Service was great. The food was very fresh tasting and good. I like spicy food, so I ordered mine a 3/4 but 4/4 is not too hot either. The mango and sticky rice for desert is worth coming for all on its own. The mango they use is very good.
I loved the cashew chicken I ordered, the photo is of the kids lo mein after we brought home the leftovers. I'd already eaten some but the box was full! My friend's son ordered the orange chicken meal and it looked very good and came with vegetables

This restaurant is fresh, authentic and delicious. The curry is my absolute favorite. I promise whatever you get from here, you will not be disappointed! I met the owner, Kenny he and his family are nice kind people. I'll definitely be back.
