Waited 30 minutes in drive thruWe ordered two 4-piece combos.

Just went through the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me, got to the order menu and a recording comes on and says they are closed.

Good food and friendly staff. I felt like they had to pull the chicken out of the frit about 30 or 40 seconds earlier, but it was a good visit!

It doesn't take much for me to give a fast food joint 5 stars. I was the food I would expect at the quality of the restaurant chain. I'm okay with delays when they're behind... But forget me for fifteen minutes, then when I move, it turns out that my orders were ready and the cashier just forget about me, gave me a pale excuse, gives me cold food? This gives you a star rating.

I was on my way for 10 minutes and nobody came to help. So I went in. I was stared like nobody wanted to take my order. When I waited for my food, someone went through and could put an order. I guess they get to choose and choose when to take orders smh

Painful excuse for service. A simple combo meal ordered and they asked what sauce, so we told them. I was in the window and I was handed over a box and that was it. No drink, straw, napkins, sauce, nothing but the box with coffins and rice. When I asked about my drink, she was rude about it and when I asked about a straw, she told me that it was in my pocket, which I NOT GET! I opened the box and there were no straw or sauce or napkins. So they didn't give me what I ordered and they were rude about it. Save a trip and avoid this place!

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ate here. It was one of the worst meals I've eaten in a long time. The chicken tasted old. The boberry biscuits were rock hard and inedible. Then they gave me mashed potatoes with no gravy. It's bad enough it took forever to give me my order. I will never eat here again.
