Bojangles

This review as a former employee to leave (summer 2020) Incredibly rude administration, had never had anything good to say among her, someone fired after they went out and got food poisoning, tried to attack me when I tried to go away from a situation, knows how harmless the place is, but does not take anything about it, except guilt people who do not even work here if you ever ask yourself why the workers I do not recommend coming here unless you want to contact a disease that has not yet been found by the CDC because yes, it is so bad

Not happy with this location because the dining room is closed. I moved back to Matthews last week. Where I moved out, I eat Bojangles at least 5 times a week. I have at least 3 days of breakfast. McDonald had to eat breakfast (which I really did not have a fan of), but I wanted to sit down and have a chicken biscuit. Had gone to Chick-fil-A, but the line was too long. Good job manager of the Bojangles in Matthews... disappointed my first day for breakfast.

Order online for Pickup-Cabbside. I waited 35 minutes and reported the restaurant twice, but never got my food. You've still accused my card. I also tried to thru the order on the drive and they had no chickens on two separate occasions. I'm not coming back.

Just horrible! Went through the drive thru and was told they'd bring it out. Twenty minutes goes by and countless cars served through the window. No one was asked to wait. I finally walked inside and the food was just sitting there. It's truly sad that they completely forgot about us. And I wasn't given a receipt. Get it together. Nor, did I get the six cinnamon biscuits I asked for, had to settle for 2 boberry biscuits.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling. Easy on and off highway. Nice they allow you to dine in the restaurant unlike several other places we tried to stop at. The service was fast, professional and accurate. The food was typical Bojangles, nothing special. The place could have been cleaned better. Alot of the tables were dirty along with the bathrooms.

Great location right off the highway. We used the drive through because the lobby was COVID closed. If I had to use one word to describe our visit, it would be- Disappointed!!!!! Just disgusted! Awful service. Just Terrible . Bojangles, I think she needed help, a vacation, raise or something! The female that took our order and cashed us out was ridiculous! Rude, negligent and unaccountable. We ended up going through the drive through twice to get our order corrected. First time we were short 2 biscuits. The second time, she gave me a pork breakfast sandwich and swore I ordered it.

Yesterday (11/16/2020) morning I went there on my 30 min lunch break. It was 10:15am. The woman in the drive thru made me wait a couple mins and it was only a car in front of me. I asked for a chicken supreme tenders combo and she said they weren't ready so I ordered a combo of chicken sandwich supreme instead. She was with an attitude. I paid and left. On my way back to work, I started to eat my fries and they weren't fresh but I was starving so I had no choice... when I got to work I opened my sandwich and the chicken was undercooked! I looked inside and it was just as if it was flipped for a little bit and then flipped again and thats it.. It made me nauseous and obviously ruined my appetite. I definitely won't go there no more. At that time they should have everything ready for costumers and offer a good service plus provide good food. Such a bad experience. I took pictures and unfortunately I couldn't go back there to physically complain because of time restriction. You should implement the cleaning and food regulations or find a better staff.
