sell it already! everything about this place is unacceptable. the score 88?! an order set today, drove to pay the score was so worse than it was in the juni juli earlier this year. if it hadn't been in the car for the other people, I would have left immediately. short staff and had to wait for 10 to 14 minutes to eat, which is not fresh after long waiting! I know some people who have eaten at this place they have finished writing a good review that is great but this place is terrible. even if I had no last bad experiences with the personal, they give them really dirty look when they order through the drive thru then they go inside to have everything they have just bought corrected re boiled. the worst restaurant around the peter’s creek. just sell it.

there was a line in the drive through, so decided to go inside. there were a few in the front of us and immediately saw the fast food crew were not interested in helping within customers. we were never recognized after waiting for 10 minutes, then noticed the 88% health review. this same place was blocked by the health department, but it does not seem to be improved. avoid this place if they want to appreciate their health and avoid being respected by careless employees.
If I could give negative stars, I would. the customer service in this facility is far less than unsatisfactory. the gentleman, who is handling the drive-thru at 8 o'clock this morning, should be fired and never work again in customer service. I am all for the understanding that people cam have bad days, but the curse to someone to pay for extra sauce and the offer about the debit card is absolutely unacceptable. I notice that it was difficult to find after kovid, and keep decent employees. but let us be realistic, some people simply do not belong to working with the public. better.
“We close at 9 so that the grill is out.” I say 45 minutes before they close. lol, they get what they pay with these employees. also nice 87.5 sanitation rating.
Absolutely the worst bojangles in town, sanitation grade is always subpar and several times they have forgot food from orders and had to go back. Just left from returning my food bc I didn't receive part of my meal I was charged for. This location needs serious improvement!
Love their chicken always fresh and if you download the app you can get a free bo sandwich. Love their food. Only one problem.... Need more money to get more. HA!
10:55 2 workers outdoors in parking lot talking with another worker sitting in their car. I walk up to door and it’s locked. I mention to them on the way back to the car (You could’ve just told me) I walked right by them! Then of course want to get all defensive. How this particular one is still open? Is beyond me!?!
I ordered the country ham biscuit, not too tasty. I don't believe it was cooked thoroughly, so I couldn't eat all of it. Outside of Bojangles smelled as if something was burning.Parking: Parking was no problem. Plenty of spaces.
