I DROVE ALMOST 30 MINUTES OUT MY WAY FOR BOJANGLES and AFTER WAITING ON A SHORT LINE, WHICH TOOK FOREVER, I GOT MY CHICKEN PICEs TOTAL SOGGY, DESERT WAS HARD AS A ROCK, and MY PEPSI SODA WAS SELSER WASSER WASSER WASSER WASSER WASSER WASSER SELBST DASY RAN OUTTA IM BEREICH AUF SIE SIE WAS MY SIDE VON MAC UND CHEESE LOOKs...... Timing is all about the cookies. Most of us have been sitting for a few hours because they're hard there. The chicken was good as usual. No sweet tea in the dining area for refills and the line was long so could?t back for a refill. The staff was very polite and worked hard. It seemed they were probably short employees like most places.

Wow best Bojangles experience yet! Plenty of food and it was fresh! The manager was brilliant and set us up!?

The people there are polite. They rarely get an order wrong. That only send to happen when a new person is taking the order. I 'm 47, there 's a sweet Hispanic lady, I believe she 's older than me, that works there in the first half of the day. My mother calls her Mama . When my mother orders something from there Mama automatically knows we 'll ask for a senior discount. Very popular place for breakfast and lunch. Might find a long drive thru line at those times. The parking lot is not very big.

I would like to say I don't have to many good experiences with fast food however Justin(the manager at store 26) definitely took the time to accommodate me without ANY complaints whatsoever. Times are hard, and people are arrogant right now(I work for a restaurant):never once did he complain or go against anything I said. He deserves credit. I would come back to the store just to see him. Kudos to you-kristyn waffle House

I don't do a lot of fast food restaurants. And this was my first time visiting a Bojangles. At the moment I could kick myself for not remembering the name of the young lady who took care of me. Even though the store was very busy, this young lady answered all my questions. She made suggestions. She was kind, very pleasant, and even reminded me of my senior discount. The food was tasty, hot, and my coffee was excellent. I will be back.

While waiting for my car to be inspected at Braxton tire, I crossed the street and was pleasantly surprised at the quick friendly service at this place. When many places only have drive up windows open, this Bojangles was fully operational and very clean!! Everyone wore masks and a sign at the front door said ?Masks required to enter?. I was happy to see that!! A nice elderly woman walked around wiping tables as customers left. She placed a card on the table stating whether or not the table was available (cleaned) or not!! Great place to wait for your car to be repaired!! I will use this place again.
