it was really excited to eat there today. As soon as we arrived, the hostess said to us for 2. it would be half an hour waiting, or we could sit at high peaks or bar. we have chosen the high tops. a few sat next to us and a waiter waited for them, but he never approached us. our table was dirty. after 15 minutes I went to the host to ask for menus. we were looking for a server, but no one came. After we sit there for more than 30 minutes, we decided to go and go next door. so can not really suck a check on eating as the service. ate am hibachi place next door and they were really happy to make business with us.

4/2-Buford GA-My Husband And I Had A Reservation For 5p.We've Been Here Before And Have Enjoyed. Not Sure What Has Going On This Evening, But The Service Was Off And Not Up To Par. Our Server Was Ginella. Initially Everything Was Great, But Behind Everything She Said Perfect E.g. After Placing Our Order Perfect How Is Everything Perfect Etc. Always Saying Perfect Behind Every Question Or Request. Initially We Enjoyed The Bang-Bang Shrimp, Strawberry Martini For Me And My Husband Wine. I Ordered The Cod And He The Battered Fish. The Food Was Tasty! Prior To Our Food Arriving, I Caught Ginella's Attention As We Wanted To Order 2 Glasses Of Wine. After Ordering She Said Perfect Our Entrees Came And We Were Enjoying. We Noticed The Restaurant Getting Busier And Some Employees Were Stopping To Chat With 2 Girls Who Came In And Sat At The End Of The Long Table-Near The Kitchen-In The Bar Area. Halfway Through The Meal, No Wine. Caught Ginella Again And Asked About It. She Said It Would Be Coming Shortly. 3/4 Of The Way Done With The Meal, No Wine. I Didn't Understand How One Of The Bartenders' Had Time To Chat With The Other 2 Girls-Who They Appeared To Know- Since One Walked Back To The Kitchen-While Customers Are Waiting For Beverages!? Caught Ginella Again And Asked Her To Cancel The Wine As We Were Almost Finished Eating And We Wanted It With Our Meal. She Again Said Perfect And Apologized. It Wasn't Perfect As We Were Disappointed And I Shared This With Her. She Said She Would Ask The Mgr To Come Over If We Liked. The Mgr Whose Name I Was Told Was Athens Did Come To Our Table. I Don't Believe She Was The Mgr But The Only Person In Charge In The Absence Of A Mgr She Didn't Look The Part- Had A Cap And Her Attire Was Unprofessional Like Someone Working In The Kitchen. She Listened And Did Apologize But Had Little To Say, And Offered No Explanation. Upon Leaving We Did See Her Speaking With The Bartender. The Manager Needs To Address!

Enjoyable dining experience. Grabbed lunch with my mom. We both had the special Dynamite Salmon. It was cooked to perfection, seasoned well, the creamy spinach, msuhroom and lump crab toppings were a great touch. I opted for the bacon mac n cheese, I was expecting yellow cheese but the white cheese base was a good.Very great experience, hostess and wait staff were friendly and personalable.Great dining experience

First off I had never been here before because I’m not a seafood person so I looked at the menu and saw they had a 12 ounce pork chop. Great I’ll just get that. The sides that I got to go with it was the Bacon macaroni and cheese and asparagus. Food gets to the table and there is no asparagus. I tell the waiter and he says he will get right on it. Well the bacon macaroni and cheese was just bacon macaroni. No cheese in site. Noodle were still very watery and when you bite into them that’s all you tasted. But it didn’t have a good amount of bacon crumbs on it. I sent the bacon macaroni back and got the rice as a replacement. During all this time I still hadn’t got my asparagus yet. My replacement rice came out before the asparagus. When it finally gets to the table I have a bowl with four pieces of asparagus in it. FOUR. My wife got her meal with asparagus and had 7-9pcs so why didn’t I get the same? At this point I have giving up on the restaurant and I’m ready to go. To make matters worry my wife and I had a gift card that we was going to use to pay for part of our meal but in a surprise event the couple that picked the restaurant ended up paying for us. So now we still have a gift card to somewhere will not eat to use. Maybe for drinks before heading to another restaurant.

not too happy in because we were called more lousy about something that was on our bill that should not have been there. our waiter told us that maisbrot came with our pulled pork plate. When they brought it to our table, we accepted it, because we thought it had come with the meal. my brother had ordered a maize bread assistant before. when our bill came and had 2 maiscakes on it, we told them that we should only have one, as we did not order the second, and we were told that it came with our meal. the manager came by immediately and said, “Do what I can do” without saying anything else, but that and had a big job. we tried to explain that we were told that it was coming with him, but we were always only told that we should not have taken it if we don't order it, although we really thought it was coming with the meal as we were told as such. even if he didn't say it came with him- what he did- but only for matters of the economy we were brought food that we didn't order. cornbread is something that seems like it would come with a meal, so some people only assume that it comes with him and take it, even if they were not told that it came with him. eating was misplaced and that is not our fault. but the debt was put on us because they only accepted us food they brought us. we would have liked to have paid for it, even if we had not ordered it and had not written a review if we had not been called a sinner all the time, because we said it had come to this. the waiter even lied to the manager when she asked if he told us it came with him and shook his head. he can have really mispoken and wanted to say that it came with another type of brot, but accidentally said kornbrot. but they have a fault and do not owe it to the customer. it's just the principle to be called a lousy and argue with customers about something that should not be so big. bad customer service. in any case, we have still tipped well because we really have not taken care of the price. the manager was so annoyed and had such an attitude with us about it, the poor waiter felt likely to cover his tracks to avoid getting angry at him. So we still tipped him well. Maybe we shouldn't, but he still has to pay his bills at the end of the night. However, the manager must definitely learn good business practices. that shouldn't have been so big. that was great.
