Visit the state for a few days for a Bachelorette holiday trip and decided here for lunch an afternoon after searching online and find this place. Very satisfied with all the experience from service to quality of food. Every dish we got was cooked for perfection, it tasted lovely. I liked the lunch orders they offered, like half sandwich half salad, or soup, along with the pasta, really good deals! They were very accommodating and attentive. If I ever come back to visit, I must definitely stay in here again, it was worth it, and beyond unforgettable!

Excellent small Italian spot in the heart of Calistoga. The pasta we had were perfect... super rich and tasteful. We had the tomato sauce Piedmonte super good) and the Silvana much hearty chicken and vegetables). For Dessert, tiramisu was very good... not at the level of the best we had, but definitely in the top 5. Overall, prices were usually quite reasonable $20 $25 for most meals), although $9 for a bowl of minenstrone was a little high. Service was also good, fast and attentive.

Delicious handmade pizza. Pastas are also very tasty and totally worth the calories. Great, friendly service staff too. What isn't there to love?

Deliciously we had the lunch special, the salad was delicious and the piacere! Pasta was AMAZING. Huge portions and rose wine matched perfectly, the attention of the staff was the best. If you want real Italian gourmet cuisine, this is the place. Tell them you want Ali to be your server, he's the best. Thank you.

Healthy portions of pasta and homemade breads. Most everything was good, but one of our dishes was a bit overwhelmed with burnt garlic. Other than that, it was a fine meal in downtown Calistoga!

The food was really good and fresh here the wine selection for happy hour was good. However the waitress wasn’t friendly and the service was slow but overall a great experience

Overall a pleasant experience. Large portions. Kind staff. There are a few dishes that can be tweaked to be vegan, but it’s not listed on the menu. Our friendly waitress helped me navigate the menu. All the pasta is made fresh (i.e., it contains eggs), but you can substitute the risotto in any pasta dish. Per our waitress and my own experience, the risotto is vegan. For example, I had the Glorioso with spinach and tomatoes, and risotto instead of pasta. It was delicious, though a bit too oily. My husband, who is not vegan, had The Godfather (a pasta dish), which he enjoyed. Both dishes featured A LOT of garlic — yum! It’s somewhat overpriced for the experience and quality, but not by much. I would come back (after I recover from all the oil).

Came here in early August after we had done some wine tasting in Calistoga. We walked in and got a table for 7 right away despite being Saturday lunch time. We were happy to be accommodated so quickly. Service was good and quite fast. Place is quite nice and inviting with a nice long bar. Lunch prices came with some good offers such as lowering the pasta portions and adding salad instead of the full meal which I thought was great idea. They also had a discount on the wine that day so hooray for us! Between the 7 of us we ordered: 2 basket of garlic bread. Bread was good but quite heavy so would suggest to just order 1 basket and not 2. burrata was tough, tasteless and just plain sad. Godfather pasta seemed like a good idea for my hubby and his dad but they soon regretted it and couldn't even finish it. Just too much and very heavy. Vitorio was nice but again on the creamy heavy side. Glorious pasta (vegetarian) was quite heavy as well piacere pasta was somewhat lighter version of Vitorio mushroom risotto was good Food was decent but heavy creamy stuff so not really authentic Italian but more the American fusion version of it which honestly makes me unhappy. We all ordered the small pasta portions which came with a side salad but still the pasta was quite heavy and nobody could finish it. Can't say will return although i'm sure it will be tough to find authentic italian restaurant in this area.
