Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

they were short on the staff when I visited. the manager christie, waited for customers in the IC line there were about 5 in line. she would wait for 1 person, make a break, wait for another break. that continued throughout my visit. when I was happy enough to be served 40 minutes in my waiting, this is the sundae I received. I tried to call the headquarters to make a complaint, was with an unpronounced receptor who told me what she couldn't do. I hung up in the middle of her garde so that she called me back to tell me I was rude to her. never expected this type of service from braum’s.

not here! the sitting 35-40 minutes or so in the car thru is ridiculous about 1:45 clock. it is not ice cold midday and some children are in school. my gas hand has drastically fallen, so hamburger costs $5 more. the personal is apparently unprepared or underoccupied, but each order takes more than 5 minutes. it is as if laufwerk thru is last to fill and only in the window will they even begin ordering?. receipt says 2:27 clock, so it was literally almost 45 minutes to get my food cold.

it is a Tuesday night and the place is packed with cars in the car ride thru, because no one takes the first car in line. it was a good 40 minutes waiting. they asked them to see what the stop is and they don't have the phones working. That's ridiculous! the worst part is when we finally get in front of the line to the order that the dame was word literally screaming thru the microphone all crazy can you wait a minute soouo mad at us and I am like I who waited an hour. just because braums is a good brand, the customers cannot treat in a rude way. she didn't take our order right when I asked her not to be rude, she had a bad attitude and she made us wait and then I was finally excited, went into the window and asked about the name of the RUDE employee, the manager came to tell me we didn't have a visit card, but gave us their names. they had several employees in there to take over the orders that were just clapping. I'm not sure how this load is managed and someone should definitely look into him. in customer service and this experience was just bad. we didn't get the food thing at this point, we just didn't trust them with our food. ever experience of a bad brand of icecream we have loved for years

I ate here yesterday, and I have food poisoning. They don’t clean their utensils or their counters. As someone who works in fast food , you should know to keep you areas clean to prevent cross contamination. The manager there is also rude and was yelling at her employees. I don’t recommend this place and they should be lucky I’m not going to take legal precautions due to my health being heavily effected .

We arrived at 8:40pm with three cars ahead of us. Didnt place our order until 9:50pm. Pulled up and sat at the window until 10:20pm waiting for two burgers and two ice creams. Meanwhile the staff was not friendly nor in any rush. you had staff walking around the back eating food and relaxing. it took them 5 Mins in-between every item they handed us which was given in an attitude.after my almost two hour long wait, no apologies or discounts were given. completely unacceptable. if I knew this would be how it was I would have definitely gone somewhere else.

Braum's has the best ice cream ? especially the Banana Split! But this place has been here for years and needs a complete remodel. The place is old and the staff are too busy to clean the place thoroughly. Also, the employees seem to rely on each other, and costomers get unnoticed when needing to order and check out.

The food I just purchased from Braum's, I only live about 5 to 6 minutes from Braum's, the food was EXTREMELY COLD. THEY LEFT THE WRAPPER FROM THE CHEESE ON MY DAUGHTER S BURGER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
