I always have good service here but somehow. I took my father for his birthday on Sunday, our waitress did not help us much as she “busig” I felt as if she was only taken care of to take care of larger tables instead of the small tables like us. she got our first job without celery we waited 10 min for celery and carrots. they bought the ticket without asking if we would order more. I told them if I could order more wings, they said yes, that is when they took 30 minutes for our order, our waitress said that they were in a few seconds we waited. she got our wings, but they were already cold, so we decided to leave. do not know what happened to their service.

my son and I shared a bbq pulled pork sandwich, it tasted good, but was very light on the pork and very hard on cauliflower, and the pig was overboiled to the point, dry and hard to be. but the fries were good, and my wife and the burgers of my younger son were pretty good (I had a taste). only under $50 for 3 meal times, I expected more for so much. second thing: there were many, many tvs on each wall, and each volume was cranked up, which made an incredibly loud, incomprehensible kakophonie; even if I wanted to hear what was played, I couldn't. I had to scream so that my family could hear me, even sitting right next to me. last: the server informed us that the payment for the meal could only take place on their website! what if I had only cash? I didn't see any way to pay for what was lovely and strange. I had a good shot of bww before, but if I had one, I could not wait to leave. the waiting personnel should have a hearing protection to avoid an OSHA violation.

had a super bowl order with a pick-up time. it was said they had commanded over 100. 45 min, soggy, cold wings and pommes clearly done for a dae. only another big business with underpaid employees who don't care.
Excellent place for food and sports viewing. Staff has been great each visit.Arrive early on UFC fight night if you want a table.
Did curb- side pickup. Great wings (Garlic/Parmesan). Hot and delicious every time!!
Good food, friendly service. They did want to use a new billing system that required our phone numbers, but we asked to just pay with a card and they said okay.
I haven’t been to BWW in years. We went tonight for my daughter’s birthday and we had great service by Lexi and the food was fast and tasted great! We will be back for sure!!!
