Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar

First we were greeted by this amazing hostess who smiled and gave us a very warm welcome. kay was her name I believe. we ordered the sampler with fried tweebel rings, swings cheese sticks and the most amazing afteros I've ever eaten. I had a blue hawaiin from the bar and it was delicious from the chain. hunter our server could loosen up a bit, but overall he was a big server. great work buffalo wild wings we come back.

we usually have a very good time! we often come so that we usually get the same waiter and our service was always fast and friendly! our youngest visit was probably the cheapest. we have never been on Thursday, so we had another waitress and waits seemed longer, but they were also busy. for some reason we were accused of the ranch they gave us when that was never the case and I ordered a fried ice, but they did not give us the zimtchips that should come on. still love the wings here and will come again, but I was cheated on the zimtchips. lol

I normally do not publish any negative comments about restaurants, bars or hotels because of my work experience in the restaurant, bar and restaurant industry. I know (first the many things that can affect a quality experience. I always try to see the big picture and give the restaurant staff the doubt. especially in these days. with so many supply chains and personal questions. but. everything that could have gone wrong for lunch today. yes! but in the minute when I ask ours to the attention of the manager (which I did not want to do so badly; she immediately took action! (managers can not manage without being informed. I explained that I owe no one above all, but shared the facts about everything that occurred during our visit. I could not be impressed by the manager of longview, texas' B-Dubs! Unfortunately, our bartender had a pretty job after talking to the manager, and has a lot to learn if it will be successful in this work line. In view of the time, this will finally turn out how these things always do. Sure that they would bring a B-dub closer to our opposite! (winnsboro, sulphur springs, mt. vernon or mt. pleasant!

We sat outside on fight night before the event. The waitress was super cool and very attentive.The drinks were superb we ordered wings I got half lemon pepper &half garlic parmesan.The lemon pepper wings were over done though and the dry rub had fallen off most .. disappointing but overall I enjoyed my daughter and her friend so that made up some disappointment because we spent a bit that night.Theirs was the same as mine though. So we all took the wings but didn't eat them.

Jeremy was fantastic, super friendly! Food was alright, but the kitchen was way behind and seemed completely disorganized. We ordered my kids Mac and cheese with our appetizers and it was the second to last meal to come out. My husbands food didn’t come out until after the other 7 people had already finished our meals, we ended up asking Jeremy to just put it in a box for us before he brought it out. They desperately need to hire more kitchen staff to keep up with orders. Jeremy did his best with what he was working with and we really appreciate him!

We arrived around 7:30 on Thursday for bogo boneless wings. The restaurant was only 30% full (lots of empty tables) and we were told that it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. After we were seated our drinks came promptly. The rest of our evening was down hill from there. 3 times we had to go find an employee who wasn't our server so that we could get drink refills, our check, and boxes. The food was good and cooked just right, however our order was wrong. At that point we just said forget about it and left. We are new to the area and this was our first visit to this location and we were let down. There were some servers who stepped up when they didn't have to and I definitely appreciate that.

Wanted to try Buffalo Wild Wings. Tried placing an order online it kept telling me that the wings were unavailable. I called into the restaurant to see what the issue was. The server was very friendly. She explained to me that the dipping sauce honey bbq I chose was unavailable. Instead of placing it online I placed it over the phone. The boneless wings were horrible. I will not recommend the boneless wings.
