I normally do not publish any negative comments about restaurants, bars or hotels because of my work experience in the restaurant, bar and restaurant industry. I know (first the many things that can affect a quality experience. I always try to see the big picture and give the restaurant staff the doubt. especially in these days. with so many supply chains and personal questions. but. everything that could have gone wrong for lunch today. yes! but in the minute when I ask ours to the attention of the manager (which I did not want to do so badly; she immediately took action! (managers can not manage without being informed. I explained that I owe no one above all, but shared the facts about everything that occurred during our visit. I could not be impressed by the manager of longview, texas' B-Dubs! Unfortunately, our bartender had a pretty job after talking to the manager, and has a lot to learn if it will be successful in this work line.
