When they're busy, they're so slow. Sometimes there are great customer service and other times that I do not in, it really depends on who works. The manager has little to no customer service. Food is good and always fresh. Place is average cleanliness.

Location: Crain hwy rte 97 onramps, Glen Burnie MD. Last 3 visits: 1 breakfast, 2 dinner menu. The food is consistent for Burger King, no surprises. Time to get order is acceptable. Regardless of performing or driving through what you receive is never what you demand. It's close, but never exactly. We don't talk about getting something free, but simple substations or just what you paid. You cannot get the breakfast croissant with a real egg instead of the bagged mix, even if required. You can't get extra pickles or sauce, even if asked. You can use a small onion ring instead of large. You can also be missing from online ordered diving sauce. My last three orders are gone. If you have certain wishes, always check everything, including open sandwiches, while in stock to determine the accuracy of the order. You can call when you discover yourself? Re disappointment and you are said to pick up something free on your next visit. You can forget the next time you order, just remember when the same happens again.
The food was good and the staff was friendly. I recommend this place.
The order was timely onion rings good burger put together well but the patty was not all that warm but cooked all the way through
This establishment, Burger King at Crain Highway S, has its advantages and disadvantages based on my personal experience after visiting it. Advantages: we requested well done hash brown, and we got it! close to freeway exits. Disadvantages: Dirty carpet in front of the drink bar. No TV playing sports or news. It?s so dead, since we are the only two groups of customers visiting. medium quality.
The establishment was freshly cleaned when I walked in. They had a great deal on breakfast sandwiches which is what i came for. The service was promptly handled and the cashier was very personable. The breakfast sandwiches were so good I ate them fast. I love burger king. They really are the king of burgers, and breakfast sandwiches too apparently.
