Absolutely HORRIBLE! First off, the guy taking my order didn’t pay attention in the very least and had an attitude. Then, we get to the window and his demeanor was VERY unsettling. WEIRD. I had to ask for my card back, and was not provided a receipt. We get our food and I pull out, check our meals because I had a feeling it was wrong, and I was right. Missing food and the order was wrong. So I turn around and go back up to the ordering machine and he so “kindly” said 2nd window. Didn’t say hi, hello, nothing. Just “2nd window”. I get up there and he slings a bag out the window, so I ask him “what is that” he said “your order” in such a rude tone. I said “I already have my kids meals” and he said “then why the f*ck are you here” and I said “because I’m missing parts of my order and it’s wrong, that’s why”, to which he said “then let me see your receipt” to which I responded “well I would but you didn’t give me that either after I had to ask for my card back” so he snatched my bag from me, cussing and talking and said something about the sandwich next to me which was part of my order and I said “what you need this too, and I threw the sandwich on the counter at the drive through. He then proceeds to LAUNCH a bag of food through my window hitting my 9yr old in the face. I have called the Corporate Office, our local Police Department and my Attorney. Next, it will be the local News Station. People need to steer clear of this place, before their child is assaulted next. Supposedly someone from their franchise should be contacting me in the next 3-5 days, probably with ZERO intent to rectify the situation. My children cried all the way home because their older brother was hit in the face causing a bloody lip, refused to go to another restaurant because they were scared another employee would do the same thing. Talk about TRAUMA! My children are 9, 8, 6, 5 and 9months. Thanks Burger King, my children will no longer look at another fast food restaurant as “fun”, or as a “reward”. Avoid this place at all cost!
