Good food. Good service. The hot can be hotter lolNot pictured... a side of rice, potatoes, and Cajun fries. All of the sides are regular and good. The potatoes say 4 however it's 2 cut in half.Food: 5/5

I've been a bit nervous about trying a seafood boil spot since leaving NYC and moving to ATL because most of my experiences, at various restaurants, have been with seafood that doesn't taste fresh or good. After 3 years, I decided to give Cap't Loui (Duluth) a shot and I am so glad that I did! I ordered the 1/2 lb head on shrimp and snow crab legs with their signature sauce at the hot level (next time I'll try very hot) and it was soooooo tasty! I ordered a side of garlic bread that was also good, although I personally prefer my bread to be a tad more toasted. There's currently a promotion going on where you get a free order of beignets when you write a review. Write the review! Also, the service is great! I will definitely be back!
Whenever I come here, I ALWAYS tell my wife and friends that Cap't Loui's never ceases to amaze me. Not just in their quality of food and diversity, but in hospitality and service. I don't have to ask for anything, they're always right there whenever you need them. The food and quality is excellent (AND CONSISTENT) as always. I love this place and I always recommend it to others craving seafood or boils.
I have been to this franchise a lot; NY, Mass and others. It seems like here in Georgia they have gone way smaller on side items and kids meal. The appetizer was calamari and Over half the basket was French fries. The kids meal was over half French fries. The sides was so small! I took a photo of the mac and cheese next to a small jar of ketchup. I had to order two more sides of corn dog bites just so my 4 year old can have a full meal. Not sure we will be back.
Best boiled seafood in the area! You won't be disappointed in this place. Services are nice too.
This place is one must go place every time when I visit GA from LA. I don't care how good of restaurants are in the Peach state, but honestly if you don't try this place, all I can tell you, I am sorry for you. 5 star restaurants? Great! This place should get selected for Michelin.
