This place doesn't deserve stars. You screwed up my order today. The food was old and the Pommes were stale as I bought from the ride thru! They also designed me and gave me these huge drinks I don't want. I called 6 times to let them know that they screw my order and no one answers, but a fax machine. SMH. This place is terrible

Do you know the experience of getting your food, but it doesn't look like the picture? That was our experience today. Also many deep frying bits and pieces with my fried zucchini...Fries onion rings and French toast bits. Also, very supprised, over 30 dollars for two combo meals, no extras.

I order the Jurassic Park Burger the Primal Burger on the screen the LCD screen that shows the menu, it had a number eight on it so I told her the number eight instead of actually giving me the number eight sandwich that was a kind of classic sandwich I was back to Carl?s Jr. she has put out too late an attitude that calls me for the additional slippers of the burger. I just feel like the bad customer service or maybe because I'm black!

Ordered a famous star meal with diet Dr. Pepper. Got home, received a beyond meat famous star instead. Came back to exchange my order. They had me waiting and continued to fulfill their current orders even though I had to drive back on a mistake they made. Exchanged my order, got home, sipped on my soda and realized they gave me a regular Coke instead. This is a huge mistake they made as I am a Type 1 diabetic so drinking a soda that isn't diet because the worker made this mistake can have me end up in the hospital. How can they get my drink order and my burger order wrong (2 of 3 items)? Not sure, but this is enough for me to never go to this location again.

They get the details right. They are open 24 hours a day not as the internet has them closing at 11pm. Don't throw out your coupons, they offer big discounts at Carl's Jr.!

I wish I could personally re-thank the young man who worked there and made sure my kid was so happy. My son still talks about visiting the restaurant with the star, even though we did drive thru. It really reminded me how much kinder people in California can be

They did not let 3yo use a restroom before we make an order and pay. When we did place an order so-called service was very unfriendly and slow. And we had to ask for the restroom code once again, because they kinda ?forget? that we have asked for it right before placing the order. As for me this entire situation was unreasonably inhuman. I hope they would never get in a situation like this with their kids ?cuz I don?t wish it for anyone.
