I've been there for more than 5 years where I work. today, a person I believe to be their zone manager and another person I did not know badly, violated a worker's right before publicity. I understand that there are times when an associate needs orientation or even more due to his actions or attitudes. No one should ever be worshipped or watched before publicity. the zone manager spoke in a damped ton (angish, but in a smaller volume) and the other person seemed to take up the event. there is the unambiguous possibility that this is ignored due to the complaining of the person, is the one that controls the website, but I will notify companies coming on Tuesday. the worker became more and more concerned while I was in business and wept when I left. there is nothing in the retail world about a job that they should cry for a person. there is also no apology for it being done before everyone else, even their employees. Unfortunately, it does not allow me to post without at least one star, which is 6 stars more than this situation.

this place really goes to the hill and it is sad. old breakfast pizza at 11 o'clock and this is it. bathroom are disgusting. gas pumps are always out of paper. is used to be great, just need a better management. the workers are very polite.
they treat me with disrespect and the child who was at the theke was in the same time to serve the customers. so disrespectful and a girl who also came very disrespectful. was my first time and last time.
love the taco pizza and always have. I always buy an extra bag of doritos to get the pizza. caseys also has the best breakfast pizza!
been to this casey twice in the last 3 weeks . The first time i ordered a pizza ahead of time was told 25 minutes i showed up at 30 minutes just to find out pizza was not even made yet had to wait another 20 minutes for pizza to be made and the manager refused to give me a discount or the pizza period. Went back last week and stood there for about 8 minutes while the girl behind the food counter just ignored us ,finally said hello we would like to order some food and she told us the person making the food was on break that we would have to wait even though she was behind the counter working with food ..
Rude, rude, rude. I placed a bag of Jerky on the counter to purchase and said ?how are you?? The cashier then says ?I NEED YOU TO STAND BEHIND THAT WHITE LINE,? in a matter of fact tone as if I were aware of the white line. Then he proceeds to tell me that the Beef Jerky that I was about to buy was expensive in case I wasn?t aware..? I told him I was not worried about the price, but thanks for the heads up. Zero customer service skills at that place. I have been in the area for almost 2 years now and this was my first and last time visiting Casey?s.
I order pizza from Casey's about once a month or so. They are not skimpy on the topping like a lot of other places that make pizza. Lots of cheese. I have three Casey's in my area but I will only go to one of them for pizza oh, and it is not the closest one. All pizzas are not created the same.
I walked in to your location to fix a cup of coffee and grab a pizza. Both kitchen attendants were comprimised by not following mask standards. One didn't have their mask on and the other was wearing their mask below their chin. Not acceptable. I decided against ordering a pizza. It would behoove you and your customers if you were to revisit with your employees on your COVID Response and Prevention Plan. Not just for the sake of your customers and employees, but for the reputation of your company.
