the frychos we are in any case are the crowd, but I loved the brisket and wings too. and the mac and the cheese were over delicious super chess and tasteful. my children also enjoyed the little ones themselves serving icy pegs that we are easily available. exceptional service. highly recommended!

I traveled all day and needed something bbq. I found tgis space in cedar city and thought I would try. the place was very clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Jonathan was great, he recommended the Macn cheese on the french. I ordered the thunderbird sandwich with the secret pommes and mac n cheese. it was delicious. if they're looking for a good bbq, they're going here. I recommend charlies
a great place to come after hiking in bryce canyon! the sampler ordered for 2 but they had fled from ribs, so they gave us additional meat. normally not love bbq huh, but this one had big smokey taste and was still quite wet! Sausage was a little salty for my taste. the fried pickles were super crispy and the beans were sweet. Do not miss the zimtbutter for the maisbrot and a mini cone to embellish it!
the meat can be somewhat unconsistent (good too big) and they could use a few different healthy sides, but for South Utah this place is great! awesome sauce selection (nice and sweet) and the riders are great. you have to meet the frychos!
Charlie's is now open on Sunday, so we came by with a coupon after church to try their BBQ. It was HEAVENLY! Succulent chicken and pork ribs, fried cauliflower, excellent coleslaw... This may just be our go-to BBQ from now on.
Love this place! We go every time we are in cedar city. It's the best bbq in Utah and the atmosphere of the place is small town comfortable. Employees are always super nice. I recommend this place to everyone!! Old name was cool... sad it had to change.
While the barbecue here is ok, the restaurant felt quite dirty with sticky tabletops to grungy bathrooms. The staff were super friendly and helpful, though they were of some meat for the combo plate. Overall or family had a nice meal, though the side dishes didn't impress. Potato salad had huge chunks of potato and not much flavor
It claims to be authentic Texas style barbecue but doesn't come close to anywhere I've had barbecue in Texas. The portion sizes are sadly small for the price and I didn't see any smoke ring on the meat, and the pork especially was lacking in flavor. It's definitely not bad the sides were good and so was the cornbread (even if proper Texas bbq doesn't include cornbread) but don't expect too much from it.
