the food was good. even if none of it was accurate. the reason for the 1 star was because they accused me. I mentioned the order well and realized later I was overloaded. I tried to call several times, no answer. edit: I called the customer service line and after a bang nonsense called me back a manager (deb). she clearly didn't understand what the situation was and hanged on me after she accused me of not being true. I was shocked. I called back customer service several times, every time I said the top line would call me. never happened. full of sweat and will not go back. this whole thing was a great waste of time and total disregard on her side. over a $3 sandwich, for me it is the principle. Obviously they don't appreciate their customers.

I didn't have the money for a single cheeseburger and the most beautiful man in the kitchen paid me 2 double cheeseburgers. to be honest, this gesture of goodness goes. I will remember that forever and ever will be grateful. never again an almost food gal around me for a burger. they give the man a promotion or an increase in salary.
my order was very simple and they have completely failed.
fries were put into the pocket on the head, chicken pliers basket was not locked. everything ended at the bottom of the bag, which is not a big thing. asked for 3 dipped ass and got 2. the food was in order

Ordered through door dash, ordered a burger with no mustard, pickles, and ketchup. There were no pickles but there was ketchup and mustard. burger was cold and i never received my drink.
Rude drive-thru and the food was horrible, chicken was old and harder than a rock seriously the worst one I've ever been to, it was a waste of my time and money I actually threw the food out it was over $15. If it weren't for that it would have been ok
Went to have a bite to eat while I was playing pool over at sands, for as long as I can remember the walk up window has been available. I stood outside for maybe 10 minutes before a very rude lady comes up to me waiving her hands around saying no walk ups. Now this wouldn’t of been a problem if maybe there was a sign? The menu was lit up I’ve worked with checkers before we’ve always took walk ups because there’s a designated area for it. Also it wasn’t even busy. The way she handled it could’ve been alot better it’s not the first time this same lady has been extremely rude to me. I used to love checkers but now the customer service has completely declined. I was also called a b**ch for asking who her manager was so I could report her rude behavior. Shouldn’t be working with customers if you can’t respect them.
