Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The food was really good, it was my first time to eat here. I'm right in front of lunch. I sat immediately and ordered food and got it fast. The waitress was very nice. It was very clean, the bathroom was clean. The only thing I personally didn't like was that it was a bit cold. Food: 5/5

We traveled from Louisiana and decided to stop to get a bite with this Cheddar. I'm not a big fan of Cheddars. It's just not a place that impresses me, but everyone wanted to... The atmosphere was great, the food was good (have the grilled fish and rice), and the service was moderate, but the service is what really made the 3 start-rating experience. The waitress blew our orders, not only once, but several times. Started with ordering a frozen and one with ice margaritas; both came frozen. I originally ordered fish chips. I have a grilled fish with rice and fries, wait what... Then we ordered a hamburger and fries to go, but the waitress noticed in the order with rice instead of fries, I wondered why. I started thinking that she had a hearing problem and just didn't tell us or she was messing with us and we wanted to see it nicely. Overall, we were satisfied with what we got, although it wasn't what we ordered. And she seemed a nice girl just couldn't break her that she sucked her job. Of course, she didn't get 20% tip, but she has a cold of dollars. I couldn't just go because I know we're in some difficult times.

The food was very good, the service staff was not so much. Never got anything we wanted. We had to get up and our box went. The waiters never again. Very unhappy with visit. We keep coming for food, not for service. Hope one day the service will be better...

It was my first time here in probably 10 years.. only my second time ever. Food was good. My complaint is because me and a friend met there... we both needed high chairs they sat us in a booth, fine... both high chairs fit so whatever.. she brought us the bread our drinks.. then our food.. she never picked up any dishes.. just left them on the table knowing we have children... we sat there catching up cause it had been forever had to keep her 2 year old out of things the waitress STILL never removed anything from the table. I've never seen this at any other restaurant.

Food was average and on par with other restaurants in the area. The service however, is still wanting. Or server failed Multiple times to maintain drinks at the table. She added a half rack of ribs or with the order, that we didn't order and when asked about it she just said keep them. When the bill came she had added them to the total. She missed my side salad and only brought it out when I asked about it. Just didn't seem like she was confident in her skills or the menu.If you have a choice, maybe choose another place to eat if you have a time table to meet.

The food is good. Their croissants spinach dip are DELICIOUS. The servers provide decent service. There's something for everyone, I feel. My favorites are the chicken pot pie, the salmon, or any of their pastas. My husband LOVES their Monte Cristo. I recommend this restaurant. :

This has always been my enjoyable go to but last night we went and it was an absolutely 100% disgusting restaurant! The place is filthy, the bar had fruit leftovers all over, our drinks had black floaters, the kiosk was filthy to the point of not wanting to touch it, the door way was blocked off to keep one of the employees children confined in the back, our potato was cold cheese and butter thrown into a hot potato thus resulting in a cold potato, the bathrooms were filthy.. we could only imagine the kitchen! Our server looked stoned and employees were going in and out the backdoor maybe taking a break . There is no way that place is being managed and there 's no way the health department has reviewed this store location.
