Chicago's Pizza

I wouldn't give a star, but then I couldn't leave an assessment. Today's service was terrible and slow. Usually we have no problem coming here, but tonight wasn't the case. We got false drinks, our food took forever and the waitress went past our table. Not happy. Not sure we're going back to the Mooresville.

Love the thin and crispy crust! Crazy, crazy tonight! And still good service. Workers were so impressive!

Last two times we went there, no one came to our table for over 20 minutes. The servers are children who desperately need supervision over adults. Even if we asked for a server, we never have one. The boy who had seats took our job and got our drinks. That was the end of the service we provided.

All ways friendly service every time I go. Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Best deep dish around.

I had been to this place once before. And I have all sorts of thoughts about this place. Mind you I am a transplant from long Island NY. Where pizza is nearly a lifestyle. Not only good food, but it raises childhood memories. But I need to remind myself I 'm not in NY anymore. If I lived my life in indiana I guess yummyight come to mind.. but not to mine.. Chicago 's does its own thing. I ordered a thin crust with extra cheese and pepperoni. Was it pizza? Yes it filled in the blanks thin crust that is flavorless. Probably previously frozen. Sauce? Yes. A bit Spicer. More flavorful than I 'm expecting. Cheese? Um after looking at it and paying for extra cheese.. I felt I didn 't get what I was expecting. The moisture content wasn 't there. Either previously frozen cheese which is a show stopper for me, or a blend of cheeses usually provolone. So yeah, you do make pizza but not to my style. I know you guys have mozzarella back there as your cheesy garlic bread is good.. in fact I believe if you put your sauce under the cheese on your cheesy bread you would have a ? winner. Your menu hasn 't changed in the years between my visits.. having a limited menu works best I think if you had seasonal changes. Would be 2 stars, but I bumped it up for originality. The place was clean, counter workers friendly. The food was hot and reasonably priced.

Ordering pizza carryout isn 't on my list of things I want to do often, tonight we decided to give it a go.... Pizzas were ready when I arrived at the time that was given, young girl at counter was pleasant and efficient. The pizza Thin and crunchy crust was neither, the flavor and amount of toppings was just okay. Not bad, just nothing to even notice. As as far as returning NOPE!

Decent little pizza spot to grab pizza, spaghetti, etc. Garlic bread was mediocre. The food was decent but knocked off a couple stars for the sun-par service. Took 45 mins for food to get to our table. Our server was very kind but extremely overworked.
