so tired of the suffering that we cannot refund them because they ordered by doordash, although it was our fault. no sauce supplied with food. I'm removing the restaurant app from my phone now. if they can't fix problems they created no one should eat here. after booking I got a skillful answer and an email it was an email that we know we can't fix it, but check their rewards and maybe they will also like some of the items shown below. what was in my rewards? a free cookie and a kale chip.

What do you want me to say? this location is always top notch in customer service and efficiency! sometimes we get a filet that is much smaller than usual, but it is a rare event. eating is always good and fresh. When we arrive and there is a line wrapped around the building, we come directly into the line and know that they move the cars.

We eat here quite often and there are usually no issues. We also get delivery from this location as well. We almost always get a milkshake to share so I feel pretty good about what the usually milkshake experience is like at this location. Imagine my surprise when we get our delivery order today and our $6.00 cookies n cream milkshake is in literally the smallest cup they have. I thought my hubby must 've gotten the actual milkshake and this was the extra. But no, this $6.00 half melted, tiny, actual kiddie size milkshake is the size they serve. Their staff person told me they went to this size a year ago and they do not add whipped cream and a cherry on delivery orders because of sanitary reasons. I 'm not sure how whipped cream and cherries on a milkshake are unsanitary but who knows what they 're gettin ' up to at CFA these days. After saying a short prayer, I informed her that this was not and had not been our experience until today. We just ordered one in July and it came in a medium size cup with the whip and a cherry. She said THAT person must have made a mistake and offered me nothing. Our order for one combo meal and this miniature MS was $33.00...Jesus take the wheel! Never again. Not because of the itty bitty milkshake but because she was rude and pretentious. After her continued gaslighting about how size doesn 't matter and one size fits all at CFA, I told her it was a rip off and ended the call. I really wanted to end the call with Jesus is always watching but I am a mature adult so I did not. Now I regret it.

Very impressed!!! All of the staff members were incredibly hospitable and friendly! The food was hot and absolutely delicious! They nailed the sweet tea! Would definitely return during my trip.

This place never seems to amaze me. The line can be around the building and then some and you're still out in less than 15 minutes. Inside is always clean and the people are always friendly. Food is always spot on with taste and quality. There should be a course in business schools about Chick-Fil-A and how they operate efficiently and consistently every day.

Received our 1st delivery of food and it couldn't have been any better. Food was hot and delivery was fast. Staff is caring, polite and efficient.
