Service is decent. Most employees are pleasant and professional, some could use some personality training. And they must definitely restart the voice-mail welcome. The lady talks so fast that she stumbles on her own words. Then there is my breakfast dish from today, of which I asked for my sausage “made good”, as always. Not good enough for me and I'm sure if I make some... back my own I guess

Customer service was great, the team was personal and the ?. But the food was quite bad and the lemonade, which was my favorite so far, was watered down and did not have the sweet tanchy taste? to make this less than mediocre experience?
Look at all Chick-fil-A gives excellent service to me. Employers need to treat employees really well because the line could be in Timbuktu, but you will appear expeditative in this window! I always got warm and fresh food. I usually the RT 40 location
I want to say that breakfast was the worst this morning. Order 4 include chicken minis and hash browns. Little biscuits were hard, chicken was dry and haash brown tasted as if they had sat and were cold. I have an apology from Norma but not to visit back soon. Better make Chick-fil-A, make it better.
Note that this Chick-fil-A site has no customer service, or respect for its customers, especially Manager Tiara. You can't give me my food because you asked for my name and phone to identify that the food is mine, knowing completely good that I was in the right place #12 but you can give me an entrance for a refund for the same food you claimed was not mine. I wanted to talk and you said I'd interrupt you. I went back to the store to receive the refund, and I was called by your staff an African to take it easy because I reacted to you in the same way as I spoke to myself.

I am a loyal customer of this food franchise, today 04/16/2022 I placed an order on the curside app, I received an erroneous order from another customer, I called the store to find a solution, the response I received is the most absurd that I have heard . I realized that it was not my order until I called home and the person who attended me said that the restaurant's policy is that I have to take the food to the restaurant so that they can exchange it for the correct one. I live 15 minutes from the restaurant, I have to go to the place again because of a mistake they made, but my biggest question is how hygienic is it that they receive food returns more in times of cov-19 and sell that food to other customers? if to think about what had to happen in the course that that food left the restaurant, it also does not seem to me a correct treatment towards a client
