Chicken Express

I went to the ride last night about an hour before it closed and the food was HORRIBLE!!! At first I ordered potatoes as a side and was told they were out as soon as I leave. No problem. I ordered grain butterflies. The chicken breast was dark and hard in places! It was very dry! The leg was okay. You put an additional leg in my box... I guess for the dry chest and dry role. The role was so hard it was creepy!!! The maize butterflies were good. I pulled the hard skin off the chicken breast and fed my dog. At least she enjoyed it. I really wish fast food / restaurants would stop serving us garbage! These places are not interesting. I will never return here again!!! It's not cheap, so at least give us what we pay for.

There is a lunch special that is not yet shown. There are three things that make this place stand out for me. 1. Lunch 3 delicate meal is a deal. 2 You have an absurd amount of diving sauce to choose from. It is worth seeing and choosing. 3. The French frits are broken and fried, making them extra crispy and tasty.

I have been a frequent customer of Chicken E in Corinth, TX for over 10 years. I never spent less than $40-$50 every time I visit and the food is fresh and hot, but she ALWAYS!!! Forget the fucking Okra. I called the manager when I came home and noticed it happened again. And next time she said they'd give me a family page. Okay, do you give me what I should start with???? With today's gas prices it was not worth the ride back to the store for something they forget. But seriously, check your orders before you leave. Normally, I was based on previous experiences, but the one time I trusted them and did not check that they screwed me. I know they deliver on Door Dash and Uber Eats, they should have sent my missing page with one of them instead of offering me a free page on my next visit. No, you give me what I should have. And these people want $15 an hour.

This was my 1st time for this chain and have been wanting to try it out. Several comments to share. The young lady that took our order, a POC, was outstanding! I went to the beverage area and dispensed myself some unsweetened Tea and as I went to drink it, it had the same smell as old stagnant water. It was disgusting, I poured it out and dispensed myself some more tea and it had the same repugnant odor. I took it to the cashier and she smelled the same thing. She then took it over to a woman whom I assume was her Manager and the manager balked at it, refused to smell it and she did nothing about it. She basically ignored the whole situation, turned back and went about her business. The young lady at the cashier totally took command, offered a clean cup and instructed me. to help myself to a different type of beverage. We had ordered 2 beverages but the other member in my party didn?t want any part of th beverage area. So the young lady who took our order came over and offered an extra side for the inconvenience. This young lady was the epitome of Customer Service and she should be recognized for that. I would come back to this location because of her. As far as the manager. I would never come back to this location because of her inaction and complete dismissal of us, her customers. The young lady that was the cashier should be the manager of this store and this manager we encountered needs to go,to,Customer Service training.

I read previous reviews before going so I wasn't expecting a super fast turnaround. Two family meals took a little over 15 minutes to receive. The hushpuppies, corn nuggets, green beans and fried pickles were a hit. The chicken was really pale and not a golden brown. I think a few minutes in the air fryer and they'll be fine. Mixed feelings on the fish. I had a coupon so I wasn't too disappointed, but I was hoping for better and a reason to return. The inside of the store was clean. The employees were polite, but not friendly. No one smiled.

First time there! mgr very nice at drive thru. But chicken was to crispy little over cooked we think ,biscuits were tough but we got smiles ty we will try it again one day to see if chicken improved

4 years ago when I lived in Hickory Creek, I would eat at this store 3 to 4 times a week. I now live in Lake Dallas, so I finally had a chance to eat here again. Nothing has changed at this location. The service, the food and a clean place to eat is still the same, OUTSTANDING!!!!
