This morning I stopped by and the staff was their usual cheerful self. I was especially impressed with Grant 's situational awareness this am. He noticed a line of 2, then as 2 more groups joined the line he quietly asked someone in the back of the house to come up. Within 5 seconds a young lady was out the door, at the closest register, and cheerfully calling, 'I can help the next guest! ' The entire store was running like a well oiled machine. Sarah and Grant were expediting orders as fast as the kitchen was putting them out, all with smiles on their faces. The young ladies at the registers were cheerfully getting drinks even though there was a hint of business in their expressions. They all executed what needed to be done with urgency but did not appear hurried. Grant even flawlessly asked what he could refill for me as he was headed back to the line after delivering an order to another employee. Great job this morning crew! Watching you execute your work so smoothly this morning was a great joy! This Chick-fil-A was setting a standard by which all restaurants (not just other Chick-fil-As) should be judged. Keep up the awesome example.
