Chili Factory

absolutely brilliant. I had the chili relleno with green chili and it was amazing. fantastic cheese on the inside cracked outside and the green chili was hot but not ridiculous hot. the frige brot was from this world. my wife had cheese enchilada and it was also fantastic. the dame that leads the place was extra nice and even hooked us with extra sopapilla. the restaurant itself is very clean and everyone wore masks and after kovid 19 protocol, including with customers. I highly recommend this place.

stops for a quick bite during the passage thru. we wanted sopapillas with our meal. I ordered the pozole with sopapillas and green chilies on the side. everything was done quickly and was delicious. no frills, order them at the desk, get them to eat them when their number is called. I'd come back. my man ordered the bark stew, expected a richer, thicker version (it was in a light broth;) he said it was okay, but his sopapillas were great!

if she love chili, this is the place for her! great menu, nice staff.

I love this place! I ordered 5 family meals for my daughter’s party and they packaged everything perfectly and they even gave us extras as well as plenty of salsas, guacamole, salt&pepper, honey, and even plates and utensils! I placed my order a couple days ahead of time and it was not only ready on time, they brought it out to my car!!! They really brought the flavor to the party!

Ladies at counter are sweet. Makes you feel like you will get your nanas food. Rice and beans were good. Pazole and Chili Relleno lacked flavor. Had to add salt and lemon. The taste was the ingredients without seasoning. I was sad about size of to go bowl. I will try something else if I go back. Definitely has potential to taste like Nanas food.

I placed my order a little after 7:pm and called back at 7:22pm cause I wanted to all chili cheese fries but the girl said the fryers where already turned off and I couldn't add to my order so if there going to turn off the fryers before 7:30pm when they close at 8:pm then they should change there hours. That is my complaint cause now I have to order from somewhere else and that's not what I wanted to do

I use to love getting the chili cheese fries from the chili factory but as of recently it has been horrible....everytime I go in there they get my order wrong!!it gets annoying having to call once for the order and then again to complain because they didn't get the order right after I order there alot!!!i thought I would change up the order and try the combination plate and another disappointment!!!there is no taste to it at all and the sopas get smaller abd smaller..what happened to the lady that ran the register in the front at least then she makes sure it's made right!!!! I don't recommend this place at all!!!
