we were super hungry for a long trip, waitress was nice, she recommended, so dinge she thought I would like to ask for her opinion on some articles. we have placed our order and forgot to place our queso, all extras like quac for the quesadillas were not on the teller. she told me I'm gonna be difficult to command. once our food has been served. my gf burger was cold. burned at the outside. we have not received any utensils against the end of the meal. my brisket quesadilla had almost zero brisket and all fat pieces. about all was not a good experience..we had to go to mcdonald’s later bc we could not finish our food.

not impressed at all. there is a reason why I was not with chili in 10 years and I was reminded of why. covid goes around again and these people ask about it. they are all sitting in one area there is no splash protection, so it is simply open. the food was mediocre. the drinks were good that it is... the floors are very dirty. I wonder how to see the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend it here.

I visited this Chili's location after meeting the manager at the Denny's next door. The manager noticed me wiping down my own table and came over to assist. He apologized and said the restaurant was short staffed. Very impressive for him to spring into action for another restaurant. So today I visited the restaurant and the customer service was amazing. From the hostess to the server I received attentive and courteous service. The assistant manager even stopped by several times to check on my dining experience. I ordered chips and queso and the quesadilla salad. Both were tasty and filling. The food was delivered quickly and fresh. It was a beautiful dining experience. I'll definitely return
it appears they need to hire more staff (would get better service if they have more help will not visit again waited to long for service ?
I should have looked at the reviews but my grandson wanted to come here. The waitress was trying her best. Food order was slow. I order a bacon cheeseburger and it was prepared so sloppy. There was so much shredded lettuce on the bun, some of the French fries were crunchy. They need reupholstery done to one of the seat in a booth. They just need to do better.
Today I sat at the bar and ordered food and a beverage. I'm currently on a health kick trying to lose some weight. The bartender was super quick with suggesting and entre with 2 grilled and seasoned chicken breasts and some seasoned steamed broccoli. I couldn't believe how delicious it was. The people around the bar were very talkative and respectful. Enjoyed my time , the food, and the service.
