the personal to go was very nice. it was very good. 4 wings, 2 large mozzarella sticks 2 mini burgers was worth the $14 damaged.

we saw people smelling inside on Friday at 19 o'clock, but they didn't open the door for us. no written note on the door or website. two other people were rejected! bad business label that is customer-oriented. please avoid this place! other places are good from my experience.

ordered large family meal; child meal not included when we picked up. appetizer combo was cooked and inconspicuous.

Walked in asked for a booth . Was told we could only sit in the bar . The only place to sit in the bar was in high tops . I’m very short and that’s very uncomfortable for me . I asked if we could sit in the other dining room where there were tables of people scattered around . The guy told me that was a workers family members over there . Pretty sure that wasn’t true because they were scattered at all different places in the restaurant. This is at 5 on a Sunday evening . I’m not sure what they’re going to do when it gets busy in an hour . I’m sure they didn’t have enough waiters but if you can’t even seat people in the normal side of the restaurant you should probably close for the day !

The staff at this location is extremely disorganized! My husband and I tried to bring our three kids a 10 month year old baby. After waiting 5 minutes in line to sign up for the waiting list, my family and I waited in the car for 25 minutes. When we received the alert on our phone, we gathered all the kids together and made our way into the restaurant. We were told that we would not be seated and had to wait again for someone to leave. They offered us a booth that would not fit our party but nothing else because they didn 't want to over work the cooking staff. I don 't understand how that is relevant to the table size. We then watched as the manager, waiter, and hostess went back and forth about who gave away our table, why were things communicated incorrectly, and who went on break without training a replacement. The manager has us wait again for 10 minutes to rectify the situation only to offer us another booth. We left unheard, unresolved, and unassisted. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend anyone go to location until management and staff has changed.

We ordered over $80 worth of food from this place through a delivery app and all that arrived were chips. They left out every single piece of actual food that we ordered

I ordered $40 worth of food the packaging was leaky and all in one container it was a mess. Didn't even give me utensils or napkins. Regardless of how the food taste presentation is important. I could've ate anywhere for $40 and got much nicer prepared food. I called the manager and went in just for utensils and I had to insist on a drink just cause i know i didnt drive all the out there for a utensil. Saying I'm sorry sir we'll get you a gift card. Long behold, the gift card is just valued at $10. That's not gone to buy anything, honestly probably not going to use it.
