very good salat and excellent customer service! the greeting was warm, friendly and welcoming! the waitress was excellent. nice smile and made us feel that they really enjoyed having us there!

this place is amazing, our waitress mary was the best ever, she brought sauces before the meal so that we don't have to wait ajd that would eat cold. she often filled up our drinks, gave us chips, had a positive attitude and was personal. the food was great and the atmosphere was also good, the seats were distributed on kovid politics and the waiters wore masks. wonderful chilis!

stay in hampton in lynchburg. I wanted chili next door. not well greeted at the door. young lady, and shady young boy guy seemed kind of apathetic. a bare. then the server made for him and some. gwyn was great! just the correct amount of friendly chat, ordered effektiw and in time. had to ask for something. she made the evening. She also informed me about the mini lava cake that is not on the menu. treat this girl well chili’s. She's a star.

Food was delicious, Rocky the bartender was great! Filled drinks, went above and beyond for TV requests, and seemed that the other servers all worked together really well to offer help when the bar got packed. Will definitely be back soon!

Convenient location right by the airport. There was no wait and the staff were all friendly, even though we had a newer waiter. The food was quite delicious and well-priced for the serving sizes. Try the chicken margarita with an Arnold Palmer. Apparently, the chicken fajitas were also good says my buddy. I’d recommend the place as it has great food and great service.

Food came out hot and sizzling. Steak cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Black mushy but Pico sitting on top. Tortillas hot and wrapped. Blue Martini perfect with right amount of salt. Our waiter friendly and very helpful. Yes I would recommend this place.

I've always liked a restaurant with a healthy interest in the satisfaction of it's patrons food. On that note my family ate hear sometime last week in March and I wanted to share my experience. My wife ordered a burger, I got a steak dish, and our kids got the standard macaroni and fried chicken kids combos. My wife's burger wasn't crafted with a very thin slice of avocado, but was supposed to have multiple slices. My steak was supposed to be a prime cut but was at least 1/3 fat and grissel on one end and my steamed broccoli was hard and needed more steam time. I try not to complain about food and in this instance I realized they were rushed and short staffed. Now for the pleasant part, after my waiter listened to my complaints about the food he confirmed they were indeed understaffed and running into some kitchen problems. Then they did something I didn't expect which was bring out our orders remade after letting us eat the original orders to make up for the issues with our original orders. So be brave and speak up here because these guys and gals really aim to give you a pleasant experience.
