steamed and fried dumplings are great. haus fried rice with extra garnelen (add salt and pfeffer) is delicious and the lomein is always a hit with my children. I think the lady on the phone to take the orders to be very professional and thorough.

I really like this place doesn't understand me wrong. but the gentleman who works the register has always commanded wrong. I found out by calling into my order, so I went in and ordered. wrong, I asked for a small order of garnel fried rice extra $3 only garnel with wobble. instead I got a small order of garnel fried rice ( 5 pieces garnel) with additional $3 to swirl! as I said, I really like the place, but something has to happen with it.
I usually don't leave any reviews, but it bothered me that this place is only 3.5 stars. many reviews are dame that takes up is not super personable. Really? I have probably ordered 50 large family dishes over 9 years and it is always right and eating is consistent. it is a fairer value for what they pay in my opinion.
fast service with great food and large portions. sometimes communication is a bit difficult. but worth it.
Hot and sour soup was good, but the “fried rice” was the worst I’ve ever had. They did not have ice for drinks
The lady at the counter was not friendly and made it a bad experience. I ordered $35 worth of food (including spring rolls and egg rolls) and asked for red sauce when I picked it up. It's normally included with the rolls. She made me pay for it even when I questioned iI. I probably won't go back based off her attitude. Food was decent.
First time we ever had this place. Ordered chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein. Gotten these things several times from different places across the country, but no one has ever done it like china one in Crestview. Nothing fried about the chicken fried rice, looked boiled. Same with the chow mein, saw one noodle and mostly just onion and more boiled chicken. Smelled terrible. Threw it away and went to arbys, that’s how you know. If this is how they do it, fine I guess, but if this is how they do the basics, I will not be back to try anything else.
Not friendly at all... a WHY ARE YOU HERE vibe They dont smile or say welcome nothing to make u feel like your buisness is valued... l If your looking to eat a bowl or fat and oil order the boneless spare ribs....
