Chipotle Mexican Grill

my family and I order to eat Dine-In and the toilet were open and clean my older mother had just the toilet room when we arrived. my 5 year old daughter had to use the toilet room. the so called manager michelle was very rude and made us use of the restroom. she said she had to close the toilet room because they were dirty @6:45PM. my daughter couldn't hold it anymore. michelle said to use the toilet somewhere else loud before other customers while we haven't done eating. I felt as if I denied my service that was open in public and the toilet room should have been open.

that's my favorite chipotle. today I went with my bf and had the burrito shells. the person who welcomed us was a dame, middle height, latina, done with make-up beautiful with a prominent lipstick feature. she had the most friendly demeanor and most beautiful attitude! I'm not sure she was the manager. I was like everyone was supposed to be like that? I felt very welcome as if she wanted us to be there and was really happy to see us. that was great. the chips were salty, I personally would have done with a little more cover, but they were fresh and tasty. the barbacoa was amazing! I was in other chipotles and it has a lot of fat, but not here. it was fresh and had a lot of meat in contrast to fat. I also tried the new garlic steak, but it didn't seem to taste all that different from the others.? all who work here do a great job and I come back again and again, many thanks! a small improvement would be proposed with the cash register that works today. she was a lady, African American and big, and she was very confused about what the small stackable color code indicators meant, and so I was charged for an article I didn't order. but I went up later and asked for it to be put on the side, so it was not a big thing. in any case recommend this place?

last weekend we visited this restaurant and it was terrible to begin with the girl that had served the eating all her hairs in her face when they should make sure that no haare fall into the food. then the guacamole had an unpleasant taste and when we asked the branch manager whether she could change it for us because the guacamole ugly tasted, it was the only thing she said we had to go through the whole line again to change it when we had already paid for food. she did nothing, the only thing she did, went to the office and never came out. the cash bank made us another bowl, but until we asked if they would solve something or not? I don't understand how they can assign people who are not in a position to lead a load. they should take care of the customer service.

What a disappointment!!!!!!! This place needs some deep cleaning.Everything was just a mess.The food was dry and mixed with different flavors.I honestly can?t believe they haven?t shut down this restaurant do to the unsanitary items.They had 5 people working so they can?t tell me the place was short of worker?s. The service was just horrible. All of them had just a bad attitude.

Courtney is BY FAR outstanding! I come here very often for lunch as it is close to my office and order online. She remembers my order to the T, when she really doesn?t have to which shows superb customer service and I want Chipotle to know I am EXTREMELY grateful for her! VERY friendly, too! Thank you, Courtney!!!

I go here all the time to pick up lunch. Carb light order is Double Chicken, extra veggies, queso, mild salsa, hot salsa, extra cheese, guacamole. Kind of pricey tho, like $14.

Meet was cool, portions were skimpy and I was charged 3 times for my food... server literally counted the corn and took food OFF my plate... other meals looked way better. Not sure why they didn't serve me with the same portion size as others but i would have just gotten more of something that didn't meet standard. Not worth the price at all. If you can find somewhere else you're better off.
