Chipotle Mexican Grill

my man and I just picked up our order from this place, and I can say I'm very annoying. our two commands missing big toppings, the rice was boiled, and I found pieces of meat in my vegetarian bowl. the order was not even started from our pick-up time, but this would not have been so big if they did not bother everything else. what is the point of customizable orders if the employees only disregard any lead?

eating was bad. everything works cold and hard. they forgot to give me the drink cup I ordered and had to be asked again. no utensils in the owners and the place had not been cleaned in one because there were food and serviettes all over the floor and the mülleimer lacked in emptied and müll stacked everywhere. when the müll was brought back, he was immediately filled and they did not even try to get rid of the rest of the müll.

for lunch, but eating was still cold. only 6 pieces steak. I love cheese, but much. Probably to hide lack of other ingredients. first, we thought they'd put spaghetti on top. never go back to her. 2 out of 7 times was good.

Was not good, burrito was tiny and if you've had a burrito from a chipotle who knows what they're doing then you know they are pretty hefty. I would compare the one I got to a burrito on the value menu from the taco place with a bell symbol...that was with paying for double protein. Steak was tough and not cooked all the way through and every ingredient besides the rice was scarce in the burrito bowl we ordered as well. Will not be stopping at this one ever again

They are never open or close early. The times they are actually open are random. Always out of ingredients. The workers walk around doing who knows what. Eating or goofing off. It’s always dirty. And the online orders are never ready on time. I used to love this location and now I will drive out of my way to go to other ones. Went so down hill.

I made an order at 8:40pm at this location, and i got a notification saying it will be ready at 9:10pm. I show up at 9:15 they are closed and cleaning. Knocked on the door and the coworkers my order was never made. 3 other cars showed up and a grub hub delivery driver.m, they told us hem the same thing. As I was about to leave they proceeded to let there friends inside the building and to wait around. Now I’m out 44 bucks and I wasted time driving out to a location that supposedly closes at 10pm.

We visited this location on a Thursday around 6pm. The food was cold, even though it was prepared in front of us we ate it there. They were out of sour cream black beans. The restaurant was not clean, dirty pans were piled up high behind the food line, and the teenagers in the kitchen were filling rubber gloves with water spaying eachother with them. Towards the end of our meal, one of the teen boys was cleaning the metal counter with a squeegee then used it to also clean the floor with it. I guess it would've been worse the other way around but it made us wonder where the squeegee was before he cleaned the counter... We will not be returning to this Chipotle ever again.
