Chipotle Mexican Grill

we loved chipotle it always tasted great and was a good quality, unfortunately the last 3 times we went, I feel that the quality has fallen. we also came to a normal time 6pm-ish and during the ordering (fajita veggies) they said they could not serve us because they only have enough for online orders.....excuse me. So I should have an online order so I could have my Fajita vaeggies.? that is silly and why can they no longer make use of customers when it is the middle of dinner rush and far from closing time. so very frustrated with and no longer in chipotle; for bad customer service and quality loss.

customer service at the location west eisenhower. the crew is rude and disrespectful. many reports have been made on business and nothing changes. if they love chipotle, they go to the eastern Eisenhower location. they are amazing!

we were with my daughter for a softball tournament in loveland and decided to stop at this chipotle after a game to dinner. her Queensadilla manufacturer was downstairs who disappointed one of my daughter, then after the order they had learned no chips or steak too. remember that this was around 18 o'clock, not as it was late in the night or a strange time.

I stopped ordering here months ago because I would order through the app get double chicken pick it up get home and either it would have no chicken or almost no chicken and the bowl would barely be half full. In desperation I ordered again today and they put a massive amount of beans in it when the order specifically called for no beans. I swear they just make what ever they feel like with the online orders. Next time I’ll just make the 20 minute drive to the one on Harmony in Fort Collins. They have yet to screw up my order and are fantastic where I’m pretty sure I haven’t had a single order right at this location.

We have been to this Chipotle a handful of times in the past few months. The staff is generous with portion sizes and when I walk in around 5pm I ALWAYS catch a staff member cleaning something in the kitchen. This is one of the only chipotle restaurants that has never made me sick-fingers crossed it continues to be my go to!

They didn't send everything we ordered and you can no longer reach the store but have to hold 20 minutes to get a rep who is rude and not helpful. Chipotle's used to be good food good customer service they now don't have either one anymore we're done with Chipotle.

Arrived right as they were unlocking the doors at 10:45 a.m. and they were not ready to serve food, they were still making stuff so I waited a few minutes. The food prep counters and counter between the front and back grilling area were filthy from what seemed to be food from the night before, they were adding fresh ingredients into pans of old ingredients, so nasty, I walked out. Will never go back so gross.
