waits for a mobile order 45 min past the planned pickup. it was during the lunchtime and I get that it is busy, but the in person line erased twice and there was still a huge series of people waiting for mobile orders. they have to pay via the app for mobile ordering and there is no way to cancel, otherwise I would simply have gone through the line. no apologies or instructions from the personal. the management should have asked the management staff to change the online orders and personal, as the people waiting for mobile orders were much longer there than the people who came in. no obvious manager to see, but this problem could easily have been treated with simple personal instructions when the manager had noticed how many people are waiting on the wall. I missed my whole lunch break because of this order.

If this was not so good, I would never go back. I can never order online or via the app and actually get what I order. if they order more that an item the order below the line is getting worse and worse. today my o bowl was perfect, but my 2 children's order was completely neglected. both missing drinks and chips and one of the child orders was missing the guy. this place must bring his things together.
Seriously in portions. I always asked the workers to put additional beans, beans and pico, and he literally picked up a little and then took a little off.
I have been going to this chipotle for years, and in the last months this chipotle has gone down quickly. everything is a chaos and the personal is just around and are rude. I think that's what they get from the employment youthful though. drinking station is a complete catastrophe. hustle and old eating everywhere. I came here the other day, and the hunch was so dry and burned that I had to throw half of it away, because I usually only burned pieces instead of huh.
A little disappointed, went to grab a quesadilla but had the doors locked 10 minutes before they closed. Good experiences otherwise!
The staff was friendly and the food tasted great. They were out of the special steak but our order was taken quickly and made correctly. One of the guys said they were understaffed but they did great. Good place for a quick lunch.
They weren't out of anything, my burrito wasn't tiny, and it was wrapped in a way that it wouldnt immediately fall apart. And they didn't try to short change me. Best chipotle location I've been to in a year.Its sad that the most basic things about making a burrito are what earned this store 5 stars from me, but when every other location around is so awful at the basics it really makes this store shine.Thank you for running your store so well.
I don't normally write bad reviews I just don't go there again. I usually don't go to this one and never will again. Rice was hard chicken was burnt. Paid for extra chicken and extra queso and didn't get either. Took 2 bites and threw it away. Went to the chipotle on university and highlands ranch pkwy and got what I wanted. This place has terrible reviews I wish I would've seen that.
