waits for a mobile order 45 min past the planned pickup. it was during the lunchtime and I get that it is busy, but the in person line erased twice and there was still a huge series of people waiting for mobile orders. they have to pay via the app for mobile ordering and there is no way to cancel, otherwise I would simply have gone through the line. no apologies or instructions from the personal. the management should have asked the management staff to change the online orders and personal, as the people waiting for mobile orders were much longer there than the people who came in. no obvious manager to see, but this problem could easily have been treated with simple personal instructions when the manager had noticed how many people are waiting on the wall. I missed my whole lunch break because of this order.
