on 11. august we had a party in ciccino in waterloo for 30 people. our party had an dinner buffet and host bar. the plant, the quality of food and the level of services exceeded our expectations. we currently live in virginia; it was easy to work with sal over the phone to arrange the party. on the day of the party, both sal and irena our bartender server made an excellent job! well done ciccinos!

The food here was amazing! It was so filling and had lots of variety to chose from. The bread and salad were a wonderful appetizer to the main course which was to die for! I got the parmeasan crusted chicken with a blush sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent food and service. The venue could use a little modernization, but decent for a diner-like atmosphere. I ordered stuffed shells and they were amazing, and reasonably priced.
Been here around 5 times or more. It's an Italian style place. It's clean and has a dining room, a bar and a diner looking side to eat at as well. The bathroom is clean too. I'm not overly fond of the food or pizza. They use a sweeter sauce than I prefer. It doesn't taste bad, just not my choice. I find the pasta bland as well as the pizza. The other choices on the menu are your run of the mill food. There is nothing really special here although It's a popular place in town. It's a bit pricey for the food you get if you ask me. Over all not a bad place just not my choice of place if I have a say in where we eat. Parking sucks here. The spots are tight on the side of the building.
There is no shortage of staff, but there’s definitely a shortage of workers.There were literally five people standing in the food prep area and only one was working. It took us twenty minutes to get an Italian sandwich. And the restaurant was all but empty.The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever had.No plans to go back.
