Cicis Pizza

Always good pizza! On request... You want it anyway... Love this place!

After dinner, I went to the register to exchange a dollar for quarters for the toy rubber ball machine. The lady who worked the register helped mix salad. She came to the register with gloves, took my dollar and distributed me quarters. Then she returned to hand-mix salad with the SAME gloves with which she just touched the register and money. Right in front of me and other customers. If they're so careless, I don't even want to know what's happening in the kitchen. I very much regret eating there and will not be back.

So cicis has some of the best managers around!!! Extremely helpful and nice. Very clean business and bathroom. The buffet line remains fully in stock during lunch and dinner. Never was I disappointed with this Cici. Shoutout to management and crew members to make it happen?? 10/10 would recommend this cicis EVERY SINGLE TIME

Unfortunately didn't have a great experience. Family of 5, didn't see what we wanted on buffet so asked if I could get a medium pizza made up and they let me know we offer 1 size, small. Customer service goes along way when you spend 50 bucks and can't even get a medium pizza made up. Lost a customer for life due solely on lack of customer service. Deserts were good, salad was fresh, pizza mediocre

I've always liked Cici's and seen this location near Walmart so we went. This was probably the cleanest and neatest store I've been to. An employee picks up the dirties, they don't have trashcans for the food or plates which was cool, keeps the store front cleaner, never seen that at another cici's. Their cold bar was fresh, the pasta too. Soda fountain space was clean,, no sticky soda in sight. The pizza was fresh for the most part we went a little after the lunch rush so some pizzas were older) the ones I liked were old. The BBQ one and the cinnamon rolls were crunchy and over done so I didn't have any and they'd just put them out sooo someone wasn't watching them. Nothing really special so 4 stars for a usual visit at a pizza buffet.

This location is amazing and makes all other ones look bad !!! This location is soo clean and the staff is on point !!! Silverware container was empty and as soon as the staff was made aware they ran to get more . The entire salad bar and buffet was full!! Other locations your lucky to find 2 pizzas and don?t even think about desserts !! Everything was soo clean it was very impressive!! 6 STARS!! Highly recommended and hats off to the staff !!!

Cici?s so called deep dish is not deep dish at all. Just thick crust. There were many dirty tables that sat there during almost the entire duration of our meal and the restroom were horrible. Drinks were out of order and the floor was filthy. No cleanliness in a restaurant is a terrible sign. Very unhappy with the deep dish as that?s my favorite type of pizza.
